位置安静，酒店人员较帮助客人，游泳池可长度可以，有暖水按摩池，适合周末过来住。不足的是作为洲际大使，没有提供4点退房。

非常舒适的住宿体验

回台湾前特地来深圳的IHG酒店体验，酒店装潢非常的整洁，工作人员
的态度都非常的积极主动，服务态度良好。柜台人员都能给予专业的服务，尤其在会员识别上，让我的权益能感觉到有被重视。

参观酒店时，虽然我没有lounge access，不过lounge的人员也非常耐心的向我介绍里面提供的服务。
在此特别赞赏帮我办理C/I的姐姐，我和家人来想要体验一下中国的夜市，柜台姐姐非常有耐心的推荐我并提供通勤的选项，C/I过程态度也都非常亲切。
最后有个小小的建议是，服务中心人员都能感受到积极，但人员可能有些许疲倦，酒店的第一印象缺少了笑容有点可惜，如果加了笑容那整个住宿会更加完美，期望未来还有机会再访。

Especially the reception staffs abd club lounge staffs were giving best hospitality to the guest.

I am staying few days for business, and I got the same wonderful feeling of the past stays.
I will stay this hotel when I come to shenzhen for business trip again.

Gave wonderful travel experience in shenzhen.

Ordinary I stayed to another hotel in shenzhen longhua for a long-time. But I ad chance to stay intercontinental shenzhen wecc, and I am trying to change my business travel hotel to here. From the reception desk to club lounge, and room condition, food quality were good enough for business travelers like me.
