First of all, I really appreciate with Simon, Jackson, Leo, Shown, Kevin of their service because all of them very helpful during my stay by hospitality. As your hotel is a full service in IHG brands which make me aspect with your service but I feels disappointed with Zhao Huanhuan upon check in as she was a bad habit to me. She was ignored with my conversation and lift her foot up during c/i, I just curious that habit is a rude or not in your culture but for me that's very rude. Lastly, I just suggest that if the staff who couldn't speak English, You have to inform the guest the truth that you can't speak and understand in English language cause we will do understand if she couldn't speak English. However, the housekeeper very kind and so thankful for them that's very gave me any convenience during my stay.
