The hotel was exceptional, I loved the room, the food and the service. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve been to. The receptionist Flora was also especially helpful and kind to support us, which was greatly appreciated. I would strongly recommend this hotel and if you’re lucky Flora will be there to provide you with amazing service.

Good trying and nice trip, everybody is kind and comfortable room. But the hardware need to be better because I met the button is broken problem. Pls deal with little things carefully such as the tips in the desk and do not forget to put toothpaste in the box.

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel.
Lily's polite greeting and sincere attentiveness during check in made me feel truly welcome. Her professionalism and kindness is making a guest feel warm.
During my stay, I encountered an issue with the room's power outlets, which required an adapter. Although I was unable to get one that worked for me, I was genuinely touched by the efforts of the customer service agent and the housekeeping staff who went back and forth to find a solution. Their dedication to providing excellent customer service is commendable and did not go unnoticed. However I would recommend the hotel to provide international adapter for travellers. The one that is providing is meant for China appliances

The geographical location of the Crowne Plaza Hotel is excellent. It is right next to Exit B of a major metro line, making it very convenient to get around!
There are plenty of dining options nearby — just a five-minute walk from the hotel is a pedestrian street called Shengtiandi, and it’s only a seven or eight-minute walk to MixC Mall. There are lots of options for dining and shopping!
The front desk and executive lounge services are both very good! The quality of the food at breakfast and during happy hour at the executive lounge is also quite good!
The bedding in the room is nice, and I slept very well! The only downside is that the bathroom shower tends to leak water onto the floor because the sealing isn’t tight enough.

Overall everything is good I enjoyed my short stay here. But the direction after I went out of the elevator of the room floor was very confusing, I could not figure out where to reach my room.
