I loved it! I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days with my 2 sisters when we visited Disneyland. The staff/receptionists were all polite. They recognized me as a Diamond Elite member and even asked me if I needed to check out at a later time. In the morning, during breakfast, we were greeted politely as well. Kudos as well to THOMAS BIJU and GERALDINE PARINAS! They were very accommodating and approachable. The food selection was superb! I highly recommend this hotel.🙂

The staff at the reception are very kind and helpful, always with a big smile on his/her face. The breakfast was fresh and various, and they let me come into the dining room early after I told them that I had to catch the flight.
Standard single room does not have capacity for 3 people and is offered by the app

I was allowed to book 2 standard single rooms for 6 adults through the IHG app. However, when I arrived at the front desk, I was told that the room would only have capacity for 2 people, and that I would have to purchase an additional rollaway bed for the third guest. My issue is that I was never informed that the additional bed would have a cost, even though I had sent an email asking 2 months in advance, about it; an email that was never answered. I believe that a chain as renowned as IHG would not suggest booking a room for 3 people in rooms that don't have capacity for . I faced an extremely stressful situation when I arrived from a long trip and found out from the front desk staff that I would have to pay an additional cost for a third person. This lack of transparency, whether via the app or the hotel's lack of response, contributed to my choice of this hotel being very frustrating.
