As a member (179647411), I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza City Center Ningbo. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in quick and easy. I was also impressed by the concierge who called ahead to ensure everything was set for my arrival.
The room was spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The hotel’s location is perfect, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

It's well located within the city surrounded by many F&B outlets & within walking distance to the night market. Room are clean & comfortable. Good spread of breakfast with a varieties of western & chinese.

Next to the hotel is Xiawan Food Street, which is home to some of Zhuhai's oldest brands and internet-famous restaurants. Through the room's panoramic French windows, you can see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, the night view of Gongbei, and the scenery of Macau. The guest room is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi connection, a mini-refrigerator, coffee and tea beverages, bedside power outlets, and other convenient facilities to provide guests with the comfort and convenience of home.It's great to know that you enjoyed the clean and comfortable rooms, as well as the good spread of breakfast options with a variety of Western and Chinese dishes. Convenient parking and check in. Friendly welcome to us and especially to children. Nice breakfast to my whole family. The location is quite convenient for traveling and shopping. Tianyi square is just beside the hotel.
The location of this hotel is good, in downtown, except for the location, the other parts are all very bad. the service is bad, I booked a bigger room, but give me a family room, I live alone, why need so may beds. Cleanness is the worst I had experienced, very dirty pillow, I had to ask to change all in mid-night(close to 23). The breakfast is bad, less variety compared to other express hotel, and the management is bad, you can find the guest to pick up the fruit by hand, but no one prohibit, the food is also not good eating, very bad experience

Location of hotel is impeccable- close to everything. Room furnishing is out-dated; lounge service/happy hour is below expectation. Breakfast varieties are acceptable. Welcome fruit is in a bag, without a fruit knife not possible to consume the fruit. Front desk staff is efficient but a bit of lack of professional training.
