Poor overall experience. Checkin took about 20 mins even though there I was seen to immediately. Eventually got to my room and the carpet was wet and took 2 chases and 30 minutes later for my room to be transferred. The rooms are old and aged and not worthy to be branded Crowne Plaza. On check out, reception team seemed to be engaged elsewhere and took another 20 minutes to check out.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. Plenty of other better hotels nearby.

Pros: - Excellent location short walk from the city center - Got a room upgrade as diamond member - I like the idea that they gave out fruits for premium member upon check in. Not need to wait for someone to deliver to the room.
Cons: - The room is a bit old, need some renovation - Breakfast quality and variety are only average by Crowne Plaza standard - Lounge happy hour food is also average - Not convenient to link TV to my own devices - Room rate is a bit high for such old hotel - Not much variety for gym equipment
