Room clean staff needs improvement, bed linens didn't change daily, which is understandable for environment reason. But giving out dirty and smelly with blood stains shower towel to guest, which is NOT acceptable for any reason.
1. Room was not clean properly with bad odour on bedding. 2. Hotel was not prepared for raining season in Ningbo city, umbrellas was not provided both in room or front desk. 3. Front desk should active informed on the authorities air conditioning policy and suggest customer to consider open window for better air ventilation. 4. Wifi services was not standardised as other IHG hotel.

good location. centre postion close to everything. expecting warmer and more caring front desk staff. better management for the breakfast experience. the night club at level one was laid and toilet left filthy thw next day but underatandable it was new year night. all in all I was recognized as Platinum and my room was upgraded. to the that end. it was great a stay.

My partner and I stayed here for birthday celebration and vacation relax. The team has kindly accommodated my room upgrade request and the view of the Harbour is amazing. Staff is very friendly and assisted.
Location of hotel is impeccable: right across the street to the famed Qinglv road. Room is very spacious with beautiful sea view. Service is outstanding - staff very responsive to requests; housekeeping is good. Special thanks to Doris for his professional customer service gesture. Breakfast is good with many varieties.
