A much worse stay experience than the hotel review

Seeing the good reviews of this hotel, I chose to stay, but the actual experience was very poor. The location of the hotel is very remote, and it is not convenient to go anywhere. The most important thing is that the attitude of the front desk staff is very poor, and the service level is very low. The welcome fruit as a member's courtesy was not delivered normally.

Room with seaview, very nice and beautiful landscape just outside window. I like to just sit there aprreciate the scene. Hotel location is good, very convenient to those hot spots. And there is playground for kids nearby.

Upon arrival I was unsure of the communication due to my lack of any Chinese language. After the first day I realized that this is one of the best if not the best IHG facilities that I have stayed. I will be staying here on my future visits to Shanghai and recommend this hotel to any western travelers. The staff was very cheerful, professional, and accommodating.

I want to sincerely appreciate the staff at Holiday Inn Express Kaohsiung Love River for their thoughtful service. Before our stay, my mom unfortunately injured her hand and had to wear a sling, making movement more difficult.
