My second time visiting the hotel. Last time was nice but this time I can say is a disaster. Whenever I called for the service, hotel staff said they were busy and would come later but with no response after long waiting time. Every time I waited for more than 1 hour. I ordered in room service, no one came and cleaned after I have finished. I had my meal at 2pm but when it was 9pm, the room was full of smell as uncleaned even I called around 3/4pm.
For welcoming fruit , till 11pm still no one came and delivered after I called 3 times. I was so angry that finally called the manager to explain and understood they were busy. Should I have the fruit or should I sleep?
For the leaving day, I would like to order mooncake, similar till the check out time , still no people answered my request even I called twice and they kept saying will check the stock for me. I ft like waiting for service all the time…
The good thing is I would like to appraise Ranbing 小兰 and zoya, they are very nice and efficient. After they knew I was very unsatisfied about my wait and bad experience, they tried best to help me and helped me get the mooncakes.
I hope this is a special case on my stay this time.

Hotel and rooms are clean, spacious and confortable, high floors rooms have a great view. The team makes you feel at home, a real pleasure. Breafast have a huge choice of dishes, the area is nice and confortable. Thanks and see you next time.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Chengdu. The location of the hotel is very good, only 5-7 mins walk to the popular Chunxi Road. Both Tina and Zoe at the front desk were very helpful and upgraded my room to suite. Karen at the club lounge, Mark at the concierge were also very helpful and offered great service

I had the pleasure of staying at the InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong in February 2025, and as a repeat guest, I can confidently say that the experience was, once again, excellent. The hotel continues to maintain high standards of service and comfort, ensuring a consistently great stay.

A good quality well serviced hotel in a convenient location. Staff very efficient, resourceful and helpful in general. Lounge, though now unfortunately in B2 without a view (used to be in Mezzanine, where you had the view over the straights to HK Isle.) offers good food and variety of wine. Breakfast menu also is not too small either.
- Attitude of some of (clearly not the majority) of the staff. On once incident, I was yelled at in Chinese by one of the staff who wanted to pass me by in the guest room corridor as he was delivering food. - Understaffing of the lounge.
Except for the above the stay was extremely pleasant and I think this hotel remains to be a great value.

Great service and comfortable stay at IHG HK Grand Stanford

Intercontinental Grand Stanford is a good choice for leisure trip or business trip. All the staff is very friendly, professional and always ready to help. During this business trip, I receive some cartons as samples from suppliers, and I would send a special thanks to Miss Ada Choi from the cleaning team at the club floor. She was crazy helpful and help me to evacuate all my messy cartons, she also provided a great service with the cleaning of the room. Not my first stay at the Grand Stanford and for sure not my last. Club team is very kindly and professional, always a huge thanks for their service. Alex is very efficient even in rush time, always with a smile. Thanks also to Kaylee, Lucia and Phoenix who kindly take care of all my restaurants reservations. At the Grand Stanfordm you can work and feel at home, a real pleasure . Victoria harbour view rooms and suite are the best choice, of course with club access it's the must. Dinner at Mistral was very pleasant, nice harbor view , delicious food ...it's perfect .

Very Good Stay . All Staffs are very helpfull and very kindfull. The mini Super market in the hotel is very comfortable. The Pool is amazing. The front desk staff are kindfull. Ms.Becky should be appreciated .

One of the best IHG hotel I stayed , clean, modern, high ceiling. As it was my first stay and 1st time to changsha, I was upgraded to the riverview room, one of the best view of xiangjiang. Will definitely be staying here the next time I'm in Changsha.
