The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, providing a great atmosphere, excellent breakfast service, and friendly staff. The only downside is the underwhelming lounge, likely due to cost-cutting measures. It’s recommended if you’re not particularly interested in the lounge experience.

Front desk staffs are helpful and friendly. Rated average for room comfort and sleep quality is due to room temperature was not able to adjust. Room is little warm.

This stay experience was fantastic! The room is spacious, bright, clean and comfortable, with soft bedding, and sleeps exceptionally well. The bathroom facilities are brand new, with ample hot water and high-quality toiletries. The hotel environment is elegant, quiet, with good greenery and a leisure area suitable for relaxation. First class service, fast front desk processing, enthusiastic attitude, patient in answering questions. The room service is timely, and other staff are also friendly. Convenient transportation with restaurants and shops nearby. In short, this hotel offers excellent value for money, and I will definitely choose to stay there again next time!

My membership level is Platinum. When I checked in, the front desk staff told me that there were snacks in the room, but I didn’t see any. The next day, I asked the front desk about it, and they said they would send someone to deliver them. However, the housekeeping staff, while in the hallway, loudly and impatiently said, “Didn’t we already send them to Room 715 yesterday?” Then, she rang my doorbell. When I opened the door, I told her that my room number was 716.
I was simply asking for a small favor. If you lack patience, then perhaps the service industry isn’t the right fit for you. Moreover, I wasn’t making any extra requests. The missing snacks—or the fact that they may have been delivered to the wrong room—was not my fault. Yet, your attitude affected my mood for the entire day.

First time in Hong Kong Holiday has made a mark in there hiring practices there. Way above helping guests and such respectful treatment in customer service HERO AWARDS !! I forgot a pair of Ray Ban Glasses that were an Anniversary Gift from my husband who is terminally ill and bless the hotel's BIG HEART for returning such a personal gift !! OMG !! They forwarded them over night delivery to my next hotel in Macau !! 100% above kindness I WILL NEVER FORGET ALL THE HELP !! I truly enjoyed my stay and every Taxi you ordered me down to getting maps and giving me specific instructions. Also flying from the USA I hadn't slept - Horrible but I was given a room right away. The proper notices of all work to be scheduled and disruptions YOU TAKE CARE OF IT ALL !! LUCKY to have met everyone there from Bell hop to Walt staff to Cleaners as well. Lots and Lots of traffic and everyone was always taken care of !!
