Crowne Plaza Wenjiang is probably one of the best IHG hotel I have stayed. Based on my most recent stay, it still is one of the best.

While other hotels in Chiayi and Kaohsiung provides 24hrs Coffee, snacks, or even ice cream, this one does not. That's somehow disappointing. Consider the price would be even more disappointing. Shower in the room can not adjust angle, but it was too late so I decide not to complain. Breakfast also has fewer choices. It's fair to say that this is still a good hotel. But unless the price to be lowered significantly, I would not recommend this place.

1. Food service was poor, room service was difficult to order, came after a long wait and was cold. Our daughter was given bacon in her pasta when this wasn’t specified on the menu 2.
