Decent spot for a layover—definitely a better choice than an airport hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, which made for a good rest during my transit through Hong Kong.
One thing to note: toiletries are no longer complimentary. I understand the shift away from single-use plastics, but as an IHG regular, I was just used to having them provided—especially during short, stops like this one.
Breakfast was tasty but had very limited options. A bit more variety would’ve made the experience even better. Still, a solid stay overall.

We were disappointed in the evening Happy Hour. The offerings were cold cuts, etc. and a fixed offering of three items that were brought to our table. Of the several nights we were there, the only item that we were interested in eating was the fried shrimp. We found the staff catered to certain individuals, two of which were not us.
Breakfast in the restaurant was wonderful. The staff even allowed us to begin breakfast on our last day a little before they were ready to open due to our early flight

I rate Dennis, Captain of Room Service as the main contributor each time I stay here and he is so professional, polite and helpful to satify my individual needs and to go the extra mile. I rate him 10 out of 10. I checked in on Sunday 16 March and am still here today 22 March and every time I come back MAINLY due to Dennis. I have lounge access and use it with my guests only and commend the phillipino guy there who we also met last time. Lars, their boss is also great to keep everyone happy !

The hotel location is very good and near the Victoria port. The traffic is very convenient and easy for shopping. The room view is very good. Check in is very fast. The staff are very nice and friendly. The Bed is very comfortable and let me have a good night. lt is a very good experience with this traveling.

Very good location you can walk straight onto the Harbour We were disappointed the Pool was closed my itinerary said it would be open on 14th March we arrived on the 15th and it was still closed until 21st we was offered to go to the hotel next door but felt uncomfortable when we went there As we were here for 5 days we wanted to relax a little more around the pool if we was told prior to arrival we could have changed hotels

I've stayed at many IHG hotels in Hong Kong, but this was the first time that I stayed at this property. I was a bit worried about the location...but don't let that bother you too much! It's not too far or a walk from the East TST Station and just minutes away from the end of the Avenue of Star area.
The club lounge was fantastic! We really enjoyed afternoon tea, evening drinks/snack and a great breakfast too.
For Platinum Elite Benefits -Early check-in was requested, but not met. -Room upgrade was to a "city" view, which was starring at 1 old building :) -A higher floor would have been nice too as there was a lot of noise from the room above (running and jumping)

I understand how important early check-in and room upgrades are, and I regret that we were unable to provide you with a higher floor or a more favourable view, if I may suggest on future bookings you book one of our side harbour view rooms and then it will be 1 category upgrade, this will give you the full harbour view, with the early check in we are unable to offer this on certain occasions due to occupancy the night before.

We booked package deal got 17th floor and breakfast. the beds were comfortable, great harbor & city view from our room. A slight draw back was occasional noise from either above or next door. The 18th floor is pool & gym, not sure where the noise was from. The pool area looks ok, too bad, there's no jacuzzi, we didn't end up using the pool.
