The janitor is extremely helpful. She went the extra mile to help me resupply my room and left me with additional bottled water and other amenities. The check in process is smooth too and the intern did a good job. They had a special fruit platter for platinum guests.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. I was given a corner suite with a full kitchen, large living room, walk in closet, and a spacious bathroom. Breakfast has many good choices. Location is close to lots of restaurants and shops. Metro/subway is only 5 minutes away on foot. Great place to stay for business or pleasure.
This Crowne Plaza Hotel has good location which is close to the subway station with huge free underground parking. Club lounge offer excellent happy hour to the guests from 17:30 to 20:00. The choice of foods really like a full buffet dinner. Mrs. Asher in reception gave me lots of help. She was very efficiently and professional.
I last stayed here in 2000 when the hotel was called Grand Stanford Harbor View. Now it's under IHG. Same good quality of services as before. Great location. Very friendly staff. I was upgraded to a corner suite with a fabulous harbor view. Thank you!

everything were supposed to be good but my partner arrived earlier than I did and the hotel staffs were just beyond stupid and dump, screwed all of the room arrangment until I arrived late. This is how your staffs dealing with high level clients who travels a lot ?

We have a habit of having yogurts in the morning, on 3-27, my final day to stay in the hotel, I find out the yogurt was out, the worker in the breakfast told me , yogurt was out and no replacement, I was unhappy about it and told that lady, without yogurt wasn’t a complete breakfast. For some reasons, the manager came and offered us the yogurt later, I was so thankful for what they did, they show they care about the customer’s feelings.

Another enjoyable stay at Golden Mile. We’ve stayed at this property a few times and continue to return for myriad reasons.
The facilities are well maintained. Location is fabulous, ez access to restaurants, MRT, bus lines and myriad sights of interest.
Jennifer in the club lounge checked us in and we felt in good hands immediately. The bell person who first greeted us also went above and beyond expectations.
We had already booked another 4 nights at the IC Stafford for our return from.China in 2 weeks.
We rebooked to Golden Mile instead, such was the quality of hospitality afforded us last week.

Cons: - No aircon when weather is hot in Mar. Temperature in my room was 28 degC for 2 days. - Lounge food during evening happy hour is average and can be improved - Wifi is slow for websites outside of China. For example, even IHG website is very slow and sometimes gave error messages
