Overall pretty decent hotel, staffs are super helpful and nice, the location of the hotel is a bit strange to me, pretty hard for DiDi driver to locate the main entrance lol, but overall a decent hotel, will consider re-staying here during my next trip to Shenzhen!!

I was there for a short trip. The hotel is located not far from the airport. There's no attraction or major scenery nearby from what I saw. Except for this, everything was spot on. It's a new hotel and the facilities are all new and clean. I could almost smell a scent of painting in my room but it's ok. People allergic to might wait for a few months before booking there. The breakfast was superb. There were so many choices. Food was fresh. It's one of the best buffet I had in China. I used the swimming pool. It opens at 6:00 AM which is great for an early start. I was alone at 7AM for my one hour session. The bed was very comfy. I like the fact there was not one but two small sofas in the room adjacent to the bed. I can clearly see myself with my two little daughters in one of these rooms (11th floor). Check-in, check-out was a bliss. The decoration inside the lobby was modern and conceptual art. The only downside was that there was no in-room dining menu in the room. I asked the reception and they told me they were not printed yet. As I arrived very late the first night, I ordered a delivery and I was disappointed that they didn't use the delivery robot that sits next to the lift. You have to go downstairs to pick it up for now. Overall, a great experience. Will definitely stay there during my next trip.

Room is clean, spacious and quiet. Few things to note; 1. When I try to select movies in TV set the whole TV set was got hung, need to power off and power up again to resume 2. There is no pen and paper in the room! 3. I was quite happy with the cleanliness except that there was a small cockroach swimming in the bath tub. Not sure if it has crawl through my toothbrush, amenities.....

Great location, very helpful and friendly reception, concierge and door staff! But let down by dark room, small windows and air conditioner that didn't work so got too hot - 28 C/82 F!

A month ago I stayed at this hotel, and commented on illogically restrictive reduced lounge benefits at happy hour, and mediocre breakfast. This time food choice at happy hour has relaxed a bit (albeit still unreasonable), and breakfast has added a couple of distinctive items. Unlike those with lounge benefits as IHG reward, paying guests should wait until the lounge is open before paying the lounge access room rate. But for general guests, the hotel is definitely worth a stay. It is elegant without being gaudy or vulgar, and rooms are clean, quiet, comfortable.

Your comments about the noticeable reduction in food variety — particularly the absence of beloved local dishes such as guānbǐng (碗粿) and zòngzi (肉粽), the repeated selection over consecutive mornings, and the uninspired presentation of hot items like French fries — have been noted with great concern.

The hotel is new and fabulous, the design is great, beats 95% of the hotels. And is definitely worth the money.
but the noise control is bad. The breakfast is also bad. In the morning it is always crowded, I always skip breakfast and eat outside. The lady at the breakfast also ignored me, makes me don’t even want to go there at all
They don’t open the lounge and give noodles instead. But the noodles are not tasty.
Generally a good hotel, just don’t expect good food.
