Great facility, service at hotel lobby was adequate, but other hotel guests were cutting the line which wasn’t very polite and that wasn’t stopped nor intervened by hotel staffs. Overall a good experience but perhaps too close to airport, there’s been some significant noise that disturbs my sleep.

Regarding the queuing problem, we will strengthen our attention and management,take the initiative to guide guests to wait in line.Arrange earplugs for your room next time to minimize noise problems caused by aircraft.

The hotel facilities are excellent and the service is good. The staff are especially friendly and hospitable to Priority Club members, particularly those at the front desk. The dining experience is also quite good.

Though my first dinne at the hotel encountered problem, I could see that the Food & Beverage Staff had done their best to remediate their mistake. For which I appreciate very much. However, during check-out, I felt uncomfortable with the attitude of the staff. She was helpful in checking me out but she made me fell that I didn't belong there - the service counter for Silver and Gold Elite Member! Even though at that time all other staffs at the front desk were busy with other guests. That's not the kind of experience I expected from Holiday Inn!

Staff are friendly and helpful. The room has nice view and clean. The breakfast has variety of choices, but the temperature of food is not warm. The hotel is in good location.
