I stayed here for 2 nights last month for vacation, and I had very enjoyable experience. My room was quite big and had a nice view, pool, gym, breakfast and lobby bar were good, staffs were great.
Before arrival, I got an email from Ms. Dafne Lopez about my arrival requests and she responded very quickly, of course, I met her upon arrival. During my stay I met her several times inside hotel and she always remembered me and greeted with smile. She was good at communication with guests and professional. Club Intercontinental lounge was great, it offered many kinds of foods, beverage, and liquors during cocktail hours. Of course, lounge staffs were also attentive to guests, especially, Ms Jennifer Li remembered me and always welcomed whenever I visit there.

All the receptionist rude and no manners, face so black, dunno how to greet customer. Room is very dirty, a lot of hairs near the bad and bathroom also got hairs. No slippers provided but need to call and request. Hygiene must improve please...

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this hotel. When I made the reservation, both the king room and the twin room were listed at the same price. However, upon arrival, I requested to switch from a king bed to a twin room and was told that I needed to pay a price difference. This makes absolutely no sense, as the prices were clearly the same at the time of booking.
