1.The room is quite cold, and even with the air conditioning set to the maximum, it doesn't get warm enough. 2.The faucet in the room's bathtub is very difficult to switch between the two modes. 3.The room is equipped with a capsule coffee machine, but no capsule coffee was provided.

I booked 2 rooms, one with king size bed another with 2 beds, 6 people in total, so obviously we needed extra bed. But when we arrived we got both rooms with single beds instead of king size bed, no extra beds for kids were ready. It was 2 am, so we spent more time waiting for rooms during the night On top of this I do not get points for stay because of no show. If you treat your platinum clients this way how simple people can be treated?

I understand how frustrating it must have. Reviewing your booking, as it was originally for the 28th arrival, once it goes past midnight the booking falls into a no show booking, ufortunately as when you arrived at 2am we did not have a King Bed available as we run high occupancy and bedding is upon availability. Although we offered to change one of your rooms to a King Bed in the afternoon of March 29th, we understand this was not ideal.
Regarding the extra bed, we did not find any request attached to the booking thus the extra bed was not set before arrival. Could you let me know the channel that the request was made? If I may suggest on future bookings to contact us or myself to ensure everything is in order before arrival.
