Luxury accommodations at a perfect location

Our suite was nothing less than perfect. The hotel location was on the edge of Old Town Lijiang which makes it close to everything! Even a street food night market was within a few minutes walking distance. The gym and swimming pool were fantastic, the breakfast buffet was insanely good and the hotel staff/service were unmatched. Our shower/toilet area smelled a bit like a smokers apartment but the staff cleaned and deodorized it to make it ok.

My stay at IHG Holiday Inn was a delightful experience. The check - in process was smooth and efficient. The staff at the front desk were friendly and professional, ensuring a warm welcome.
Upon entering the room, I was impressed by its cleanliness and modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The bathroom was well - equipped, with quality toiletries provided.
The hotel's location was convenient, close to public transport and various dining options. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food, catering to different tastes. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and helpful.
The gym facilities also were well - maintained, allowing me to keep up with my workout routine during the stay. Overall, the service and facilities at IHG Holiday Inn met my expectations, making it a pleasant and comfortable stay. However, there's always room for improvement. It would be even better if they could provide heated plates and bowls or at least keep them warm. With such attention to detail, the Holiday Inn would undoubtedly stand out even more in the hospitality industry. I would definitely recommend it to others and consider staying there again in the future.

Had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Qingdao. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. Check-in was smooth, and the managers were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. I also appreciated the thoughtful welcome amenities. Hotel has a night club next door, so as you can imagine if your given a room on that side of the hotel upon check in, well no sleep in those rooms wifh noise from 10:00pm till 06:00am.
The hotel management were made aware of this and still insist in using these rooms.
I stayed there for two nights with my grown up daughter who has a room on the noisy side she complained but nothing was done. Poor service to say the leased…………
