We specifically booked this hotel with breakfast included, and we had proof of it. However, upon arrival, the hotel insisted that breakfast was not part of our booking, and our proof was disregarded. We decided to try the breakfast anyway, but it was very poor with extremely limited choices.
Unfortunately, the overall service was equally disappointing. The staff appeared uninterested and unhelpful, and the room was not cleaned properly during our stay. This experience did not meet our expectations and we would not choose to stay here again.

The hotel service leaves much to be desired. In the event of ordering takeout, guests are required to descend to the ground floor and retrieve their orders from the shelf personally. There is neither a robot nor hotel attendants to assist in delivering the food to the guest rooms. Moreover, the room temperature regulation function is rather mediocre. The windows of the room are incapable of being opened, rendering the accommodation stuffy and confining, which can make guests feel a sense of oppression.

My family stayed in the IC Suzhou over a weekend. The room was spacious with an excellent view of the Jinji lake. My kid loved it a lot. The location was very convenient to several shopping mall nearby.
It was also worth noting the lounge service was impressive with highly professional staff and great food/beverage. The property was very well maintained and we didn't feel it was worn out.

Really nice place, nice surrounding before 8pm. The road to the hotel is still under construction, so it will take a little detour to get there. The public places are cozy, I may make another visit when not on business.

I stayed one night at Crowne Plaza. Firstly, in-room wifi did not work. I indicated my room number and my name in the prompt but I did not get access. I talked to the staff at the front but they suggested to enter a keycode. I suppose without knowing the keycode, you don't get wifi. The shower curtain for the window was dirty. When I turned on the TV, sound came out of the bathroom speaker. The remote did not work and I could not change channels.
