I especially like that there is always some small snacks and fruits during lull periods, this really helps me in filling the gap and also greatly impresses whoever guest I happen to bring that day. This small thing massively helps to set a nice easy tone for the meeting I have with my guest and results are always positive!

The air condition is down for a few floorings / areas, we raised the issue, because it was quite hot days with 30-32C, yet, we asked to wait for awhile since the machine needed to be re-actived. Yet, we found out it was not the case as it was just down. We need to change rooms twice while the staff could direct us to the available room with air condition working, instead of trying to convince that there is no problem.

When we first check in the hotel, it was late and we were woken up by the noise next morning as we are light sleepers. The front desk staff Dan Peng was very helping in changing our room to the other side and it was much quieter. There was a bus stop right in front of the hotel and it’s very easy to call a didi to go around. Overall, it was a lovely experience for us.
