A contemporary hotel with nice sea view. Bathroom design is great. Breakfast is great, lots of choice. The roof top pool is enjoyable with great view. However, the pool close at 6pm which is disappointed. We check in at 5pm and only have one hour to use the great pool with my kids which is not enough. There are some family came at 6pm and they are very disappointed. I hope the opening hour can be longer until 9pm. Furthermore, I was waiting at the IHG Rewards Club line for check-in, however, the staff just served someone wait at the normal line which was just 3 second coming earlier than me. I thought it is fine and I was still waiting at the member line. The normal line have two counters, when the normal line finished check-in, they didn't invite me to check-in. The normal line already check-in two families, and I was waiting in the member line. Finally, the person in front of me finished check-in, it was 10 mins waiting. If I switched to normal line, I should already finished check-in. I guess the staff should serve whenever if you see a member waiting so long at the member line first, otherwise no need to separate between member and normal guest.
