My stay was good. The hotel is great. The only set back is the location. The hotel is surrounded by flats, and this has an impact on the outdoor view and environment cannot go unnoticed.

Room was smaller than I expected with an “open” bathroom floor plan. Outside noise permeated the room all night long making it difficult to sleep. Pillow seemed flat and past their life cycle. Room did not have a desk to set my computer up on. My stay was booked for five days. I checked out after one and rebooked at another IHG property

This indigo hotel is close to one of the best shopping malls in Suzhou. It seems very new and the staff are very friendly and professional, I can't expect more out of it. I strongly recommend this hotel for any purpose of activies in Suzhou.

Location is good, near CBD and friendly. Breakfast is good and start at 6am, better than other hotels. Room also clean and comfortable to sleep, Wifi is also good, is the priority biz. choose lodging hotel.

Nice big and modern room and quiet for a good night sleep. Good choice of restaurants (Chinese / Grill) of high quality!, especially the Michelin recommended grill restaurant! The personnel is very kind and helpful and live up to high service. A special thanks to Daniel, one of the manager of the breakfast, lunch and Chinese dinner restaurant, who made us feel very welcome and delivered excellent service! The comfort was not there because of the temperature in the room it’s too warm 88 degrees at all time.

The staff needs to trained to speak English since this is an American standard hotel; it was challenging to communicate. They are not polite and have no respect for their guests. Very rude!I noticed all of the locals had the same attitude.
