I am writing to show my appreciations to your hotel service during my recent stay, with my family, at your hotel dated 20th to 21st April 2025; We were there to celebrate my wife's birthday and our stay at the hotel was really pleasant.
The hotel had prepared a birthday cake and hand-written birthday card, with a lot of greetings inside, to us. Special gratitude has to go to Ms. Xana (our 宾客服务管家) for her all co-ordinations during our stay.
We will definitely come back again to your hotel in the near future and I hope you all staffs can up-keep your professionalisms and passions at all time.

The hotel has a resort style and vibe which is rare to have in the middle of the city. The hotel has many facilities for families and kids . During the breakfast, the kids can feed fish even the fish food is provided by the hotel. The hotel has outdoor playground, indoor playground, beach pool, water park ,indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
On top of that, the hotel staff provided an excellent service. The hotel manager , Yuki Wu, were very friendly and kind to us and our kids. I would give her outstanding five-star services.
I would really recommend this hotel to families visiting Shenzhen.

There are a few things that I want to bring up in this review:
1) IHG Priority Check Stand is not manned and I had to wait for non members being served.
2) Duty Manager was not particularly helpful in resolving the issues during my stay, My clothes were tainted with juice by restaurant staff, and I was not compensated other than giving me free laundry which I am unable to use as I have to leave early the next day, and the 3,000 points given are not meaningful enough to compensate for a damaged shirt.
3) Room conditions leave a lot to be desired. The sliding doors at the bathrooms could not close properly. There was always some smell in the room which could not go away. This was however denied by the Duty Manager.

My parents had a wonderful stay. There was something unexpected happened during check-in, eventually the staff there were able to resolve this and had my parents check in. I appreciate how IHG and its staff address issue like this. Been a member since 2017 and will definitely continue to be.
