I had an exceptional check-in experience at Hong Kong golden miles holiday inn, thanks to Phillip at the front desk. After an exhausting 24-hour journey, I arrived at 10 AM, well before the usual check-in time of 2–3 PM. Understanding my fatigue, Phillip went above and beyond to accommodate me, ensuring I could access my room much earlier than expected. His professionalism, kindness, and efficiency made all the difference, turning a tiring travel day into a smooth and welcoming arrival. I truly appreciate his outstanding service and hospitality—thank you, Phillip, for making my stay start on such a positive note!

The ambiance and the environment is very beautiful. I like the German art deco style buildings. I really don't know much history about the estate. However it was a very nice leisured time. I wanted to open my window at night however it was too cold outside but that was okay. I could still hear the ocean if I don't turn on the air. It would be nice to see some more English style menus because some westerners don't have that option of WeChat and then they also don't have the option of knowing Chinese when they first come there so it would be kind of nice. However we really love the hotel we felt really accepted there and it was nice to feel like we were in a western environment.

The hotel is new, facilities is good. Staff poor training, Not reach the IHG standard of treating to guest. *L5 restaurant, I can’t believe the F&B staff allow the other guest smoking inside. The staff just chitchatting and ignore it. *FO not communicate well with the Parking staff, I reminded at least 2 times my car have 2 No.(HK and Macau), the parking system scan error of my 2 different car No. FO just said OK will inform relate department. Whoever when I driving my car out. The parking system also unable to open, I stuck at the gate long time but nobody help. It’s unacceptable human error.

As it was my first time I didn’t know what to expect, but I found this place by chance and it was the best thing to have happened to me on the trip. The venue as classy, the building is beautiful, well managed and taken care of . The rooms are spacious and very clean. But the best thing they have going in there is their Staff. Absolutely delightful.
