I would like to sincerely thank the team at InterContinental Sanya Resort for an amazing stay. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. My room was beautiful, and the loyalty recognition was exceptional. The service at the Club Lounge was attentive and thoughtful, with special thanks to Cara for her outstanding care. Amber and Nick also went the extra mile to ensure my stay was truly special.
The Club Lounge offered a very good selection of food, with breathtaking views that made each visit a pleasure. Every staff member I encountered was professional, efficient, and warm, creating a truly relaxing experience.
The hotel itself is a hidden gem in China — peaceful, beautifully maintained, and offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. I wholeheartedly recommend InterContinental Sanya Resort and will certainly be returning for another stay.

Everything was great except for the bed

Great stay from start to finish, everything was perfect with the exception of the bed. Unfortunately it was too soft for my liking, I ended up tossing and turning the whole night. Is there anything that could be done for my future stays?
