One of the closest IHG properties to Shenzhen Baoan airport. But the surroundings don't have much shops. The property is new and the condition is superb, and I like the theme of the hotel and feel. Staffs are very helpful and friendly, esp Kelly the front desk manager. But it's too bad that I never get any upgrade, still.

The hotel is really but but it is hard to communicate to staff due to not much English and most of the time I will wait for someone to come to answer my inquiries. Room gets hot due to the hotel turn off the AC and I think I was told that they don’t turn it back on until 25c. Our company always have visitor business in different country and I don’t think we will recommend this hotel again. We where total of 8 stay in this hotel during our business trip and all of us are not comfortable.

Learning that you are disappointed with the communication efficiency, air conditioning Settings and the overall accommodation experience, we highly value your comfort and convenience. We immediately provide an explanation and commitment to improvement regarding the issue: 1. Increase daily intensive English training for the front desk and customer service teams. 2. In the future, a "Business Comfort Mode" option will be added, allowing guests to customize the temperature via the in-room phone or the App. 3. We invite your team to stay in the upgraded room type for free in the future. We will arrange a dedicated person to assist throughout the process.
We are well aware that a single mistake may affect brand trust. Therefore, we have initiated a quality inspection of all staff services and plan to introduce a third-party institution to assess the satisfaction of international guests. We'd like to recommend the Chaozhou Tai Fo Hall, which is about 0.5 kilometers from the hotel. It's a building imitating the Marble Temple in Thailand, allowing you to experience Southeast Asian style right in Chaozhou.
