This hotel is amazing and underrated. Exception service both checking in and out. The room cleaning was impeccable with great views. The breakfast selection and quality is better than most 5 star hotels. There is nothing I can fault about the hotels staff and service. Highly recommended.

I love the service at this hotel, the front desk staffs were very helpful and though the English language is a little bit of a problem, they ask their associates for some help. The breakfast selections are awesome too, they offer more selection or choices.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. Emma Bai in particular is an excellent member of the staff and goes above and beyond her duty. My wife suffer from mild mountain sickness and when requested to get Oxygen she got it for us within an hour. She booked the Chinese restaurant in the hotel and I requested for a sturgeon fish which she has no hesitation in ordering for me. Emma is a great member of the team and an asset to the hotel

The thoughtful bed decoration, and the room upgrade made our anniversary trip to Zhuhai truly unforgettable. We especially appreciated the kind and professional assistance from Mr. William Wang, who guided us fluently in English during check-in and check-out, and Ms. Irene Ye from the VIP reception, who kindly provided helpful transport information to Hong Kong Airport.
