Everything was fine from the beginning. I managed to get a room with early check-in but the bad thing happened at late night when I was going for bed. A strong smoking smell came to my room and affected the quality of sleep on the night. Despite the front desk sent an air purifier machine to my room but it took time to get rid of the smell. Not a happy stay.

Positive: 1) Very nice design - but very impractical 2) Nice breakfast restaurant - but food quality is below street food outside Negative: 1) My reservation from the hotel confirmation was for THREE ADULTS and I specifically asked an extra rollaway bed (there was no mention of any additional charge as well so I assume all was well and no problem). However, when I checked in , I was told there is no space available for an extra bed in the room. Why would a hotel accept a reservation for three adults and when I checked in, I was told there is no space for the third person? Besides, the twin bed was so small it could hardly sleep one person! The third adult in our party had to sleep at the sofa with legs dangling and he could hardly sleep at all because the hotel made a reservation mistake! 2) There is no signage leading to the drop off point of the hotel - TWICE - when I arrived, the Didi driver was confused and I had to asked him to figure out the drop off point after turning round and round of the property. Second time was worse - the Didi driver could not enter the long drive way to the hotel lobby and I had to DRAG MY LUGGAGE TO THE MAIN ROAD (with the hotel staff looking at us not offering helps) as there is NO SIGNAGE AS TO HOW TO GO TO THE DROP OFF POINT! 3) At the check in counters, there was absolutely no seating for my family members to wait - they had to stand while waiting for me to check in and check out. There was a seating but it was meant for "VIP ONLY". And at the point of my checking in and out , there was no other people and your staff REFUSED TO LET MY FAMILY SIT - AS THE SEATS WERE RESERVED FOR VIP ONLY! What kind of hotel is this? You provide space for seating for VIP that are non existent? Meanwhile a real customer was treated badly and had to stand while waiting for check in and check out? 4) Food at breakfast was below par - you may do better hiring chefs from street food store to cook - eg. the buns texture was bad, vegetables were soggy, bread was left there for at least a day as they were dry and hard! 5) Bedroom carpets are dirty and had dust everywhere, you need to make sure your housekeeping vacuum the carpets properly - considering this is a new hotel, the upkeep is very poor

great choice of stay when visiting shaoling temple

the location is very convenient with easy access for cars and parking. this is a brand new hotel with smart amenities. the TV wasn't working but it was quickly fixed by a staff by replacement of the data cable.

I checked in at midnight, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. The overall quality of the room is good, despite its compact size. The modern design, warm ambiance, and recent decoration contribute to its comfort. The breakfast service is ok. The location is convenient, being within a 7-10 minute walk of the subway station. However, the surrounding area appears to be old and outdated.
