I had a wonderful stay at HUALUXE Leshan during my recent trip. The room setup was excellent—well-designed, clean, and very comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a relaxing experience.
A special shout-out to Abby at the restaurant and Lynn at the front desk. Abby was warm and attentive, recommending dishes that suited my taste and checking in on dietary preferences. Lynn was incredibly helpful during check-in and check-out, going the extra mile to arrange a quiet room for me. Their hospitality made a real difference and truly reflected what great service should be.
The only small disappointment was the grand piano in the lobby—it was just for display. Many hotels nowadays allow guests to play the piano, which adds a warm and interactive atmosphere. I hope HUALUXE will consider making it playable in the future rather than just decorative.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay—great service, lovely room, and a very welcoming environment. I would definitely come back the next time I’m in Leshan.

The gym's operating hours are limited to 7 AM to 9 PM, which may not be ideal for business travelers like me who often have early starts or late finishes. I would recommend extending the hours to better accommodate guests, such as opening from 5 AM to 11 PM or ideally making it accessible 24 hours a day.

I already stay more than 14 days for the last six months. Its really nice hotel and the staff really helpful despite limited english. Will definitely stay here again. Hopefully one day you can provide vegetarian meals or moslem meals for breakfast. And also i hope you can recognize your elite ihg member next time when i visit.☺️
