Me and my wife had a brilliant stay here in the Holiday Inn Krakow City Centre for our recent trip to Krakow. Excellent location, a great base for exploring.
Check-in was friendly and efficient, staff are welcoming, booked us in swiftly, spoke excellent English nothing was too much trouble. Recognised my IHG Diamond Elite member status and our stay got even better and our room was upgraded to a King suite, it was absolutely fantastic.
The suite was spacious, bright, well designed, had good AC, very comfortable and clean. Well equipped room facilities coffee machine, mini bar, reliable fast WiFi, and fitted with an excellent Smart TV the ability to cast straight to the TV was so helpful. Amazingly comfy bed with great big pillows. Generous sized bathroom, sparkly clean and the toiletries are by SOAK superfood skincare in wall-mounted bottles, having a beautiful fresh scent.
Liked the bar area provided a pleasant and comfortable place to relax, the staff were friendly and served a good selection of drinks. I want to give a special mention to Joanna, who is exceptional in her hospitality she really makes you feel welcome is very polite, attentive and knowledgeable, we were well looked after.
We had breakfast it was really good, great selection at the buffet with cooked to order options., like omelettes etc. Good coffee from the machine and good fresh juices too. The service and the staff were very nice.
We found our whole stay to be a delightful experience and when back in Krakow will definitely stay here again.

Myself and my wife stayed at InterContinental Porto - Palacio das Cardosas for a night as part of my wife’s birthday celebrations. The location is superb, ideally situated to explore wonderful Porto on foot. I should mention that there is major construction taking place to the metro, looks terrible however we did not hear anything in the room and there was no issue with it at all. InterContinental Porto - Palacio das Cardosas is set in a renovated 18th-century palace, a lovely feeling of luxury on entering the reception area plush deep pile carpet that sinks underfoot. The interior is top of the range, beautiful floral arrangements, with impressive Swarovski chandeliers illuminating the marbled floors.
The check-in was okay and fast with a professional attitude, run of the mill service, staff slightly cold and impersonal.
Our room was a premium room on the fourth floor a nice big room, very clean, comfortable, quiet, with good facilities coffee maker, and well stocked minibar. Bed was of great quality. On the down side unfortunately the room lights were incredibly poor, disappointed about the inadequate lighting, far too dimly lit. No full length mirror present in the room, although there was one concealed in the wardrobe door, but annoyingly whilst the door was open the wardrobe light made a buzzing/humming noise very frustrating! It was nice to have a single armchair in the room to place stuff on but would off preferred hooks in the room to hang our wet jackets up. The airconditioning wasn't strong or cold enough. The bathroom was a good size with a big sink with plenty of counter space, separate toilet and a walk-in rain shower but found the water pressure to be poor. Bathroom products on offer were Bal d'Afrique from Byredo, a scent I really like.
Enjoyed drinks at the classy Bar das Cardosas such a pleasant bar, a relaxing place to sit with a beer accompanied by excellent service.
Breakfast was satisfactory with nothing really outstanding the variety of breakfast was not good enough, it was served in the Astoria restaurant which had a beautiful and decadent atmosphere but the food was not that typical of an InterContinental. The coffee during breakfast was undrinkable.

We had a wonderful time staying at Vignette Collection Casa da Companhia.
A truly beautiful unique hotel with a fantastic central location having direct access to the famous and vibrant Flowers Street. This hotel is full of history, stunning architecture it has been carefully restored and renovated keeping original 18th century features. From our arrival to departure everything was handled by warm and welcoming staff the entire team were exceptional, their professionalism, and friendliness made us feel incredibly valued and cared for throughout our stay.
The reception area was so calming, we got offered a welcome drink of port wine this was a very nice touch. Sofia assisted us with our check-in, we were explained all the details while seated at the reception. Check in was a breeze Sofia was outstanding, efficient and super knowledgeable. For my Diamond amenity I selected breakfast, also thrilled that our stay was kindly upgraded to a suite, extremely delighted by this. We were taken personally for our room and showed around. The suite was gorgeous and spacious, elegantly decorated having a high-end boutique feel, and provided the highest standard of comfort with a great range of modern conveniences, excellent smart tv, hairdryer, quality pod coffee machine, a mini bar, and plenty of closet space. Breathtaking views of the cathedral from the balconies. Large comfortable bed, superb bed sheets, amazing pillows, we had the best peaceful nights sleep ever. The bathroom area was huge, impeccably clean with an impressive freestanding bath, double sinks, a separate toilet area, a shower with both rainforest shower head and regular shower head plenty of hot water with good pressure the bathroom was equipped with luxurious Karl Lagerfeld toiletries a wonderful bathing experience. It was such a thoughtful gesture waiting in the room was a bottle of sparkling wine on ice and a cake to celebrate my wife’s birthday, she was absolutely overwhelmed by this kindness.
After a day of exploring it was great to be able to enjoy the heated indoor pool it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The whole hotel is spotless, and the smell of it is amazing.
Breakfast was a joy, with a delicious choice of high quality cuisines, mouthwatering pastries, great full bodied coffee and the chilled local sparkling wine was a treat at breakfast. The service was excellent, staff courteous helpful, very professional and pleasant.
Our experience was nothing short of perfect, this stay left us with unforgettable memories, and we truly appreciate the warm genuine hospitality.

Excellent stay as always at Holiday Inn Express Liverpool - Central. This is a nice, modern designed hotel, well priced and well located in the city. Check-in was easy and smooth, the staff were wonderful friendly and helpful. As a Diamond Elite member status was immediately recognised and received additional perks enhancing our stay. Enjoyed an upgraded room with a city view, super clean and very quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows, we slept really well. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the wifi was excellent too. Lovely toiletries to use in the bathroom, and the shower was amazing hot, powerful and featured 3 spray patterns which you change by a press of a button, a very pleasant and invigorating shower experience. Brilliant breakfast, plenty of choices, staff constantly refilling food, everything is fresh, high quality and delicious. Good coffee from the machine.
All the staff should be really proud of the service levels they provided, I would highly recommend and will return soon.

A modern hotel with great access to transportation, shopping, and attractions of the City. We have stayed here on numerous occasions and it’s always a great feeling to return and have another delightful experience. The service received was sublime, the staff are very friendly and polite, have an excellent professional manner and always helpful, went above and beyond to ensure again a memorable stay making us feel comfortable, welcome, and happy. As a Dimond Elite member the room was upgraded, made our visit all the more enjoyable.
Room was wonderful, spacious, lots of light, beautiful modern furnishings, really comfy bed and luxurious bed linens. The room was extremely clean, airy and cool thanks to some decent air-conditioning and kitted out with all the amenities to feel at home. Nice bathroom, great shower, big fluffy towels and lovely toiletries. Also there was a bottle of fine sparkling wine and some delectable handmade chocolates on arrival in the room a big thanks to the hotel for leaving these gifts for us to enjoy, this was very kind and thoughtful.
The Studio Lounge is a very pleasant facility we loved the Lounge experience, a really comfortable and relaxing space with things to drink and nibble on throughout the day. The evening catering in the Lounge is phenomenal never disappoints the dishes available were sensational, my wife was particularly impressed by the vegetarian hot food. The staff were extremely helpful, and very attentive they could not do enough for you. If we needed something we’d simply call and would be promptly delivered to the lounge with a friendly smile- amazing service.
The Signature Bar is fabulous has a great feeling to it, with a brilliant warm vibe and atmosphere, fantastic service and great drinks.
Breakfast was the best l have had anywhere, extensive selection of high quality fresh items, nothing is left to be desired. Must mention the pistachio cream it was so decadent, rich and velvety such a delicious spread drizzled on the amazing waffles very satisfying indeed.
Another excellent stay, a high praise for the dedicated and welcoming staff and by the quality of hospitality shown this elevated our experience, we look forward to the next stay.

The staff were extremely helpful, and very attentive they could not do enough for you. If we needed something we’d simply call and would be promptly delivered to the lounge with a friendly smile- amazing service.
The Signature Bar is fabulous has a great feeling to it, with a brilliant warm vibe and atmosphere, fantastic service and great drinks.
Breakfast was the best l have had anywhere, extensive selection of high quality fresh items, nothing is left to be desired. Must mention the pistachio cream it was so decadent, rich and velvety such a delicious spread drizzled on the amazing waffles very satisfying indeed.
Another excellent stay, a high praise for the dedicated and welcoming staff and by the quality of hospitality shown this elevated our experience, we look forward to the next stay.

Hotel Indigo Warsaw - Nowy Swiat is housed inside a spectacular historic listed building, the mix between old and new design is amazing whilst retaining the features and the essence of the original architecture. If you're looking for an exceptional hotel in an equally exceptional location in Warsaw look no further, Hotel Indigo is perfect it was a beautiful place to stay.
From the moment we stepped into the hotel there was a wow factor the quirky and unique chandelier looked fantastic walking into the lobby, cascading down with multi coloured hand-blown glass balls such a striking statement piece.
A flawless check in process, Piotr was incredibly friendly, professional , and very knowledgeable, his genuine hospitality made us feel welcomed and valued. Due to my IHG status of being Diamond Elite member we were upgraded to a Premium Queen room.
Our room attractive and stylish, lots of light from the large windows, elegant wood floors and high ceilings. Everything in the room was immaculate. We loved the comfort and opulence of the room. Super comfy quality mattress, crisp luxurious sheets, we had no problem in falling asleep thanks to the awesome pillow menu. The bathroom was lovely, black and white chic with a fabulous walk-in shower with both handheld and a rain shower head, luxury Prija toiletries, and nice towels. The room amenities were excellent, bathrobes and slippers, coffee pod machine and tea facilities, chocolate sweet treats, sparkling and still water, a good selection of glasses, well stocked mini bar at reasonable prices, Iron and board, magnifying mirror and hairdryer. Room was quiet and blinds provided complete darkness.
The à la carte breakfast with a self service drink station was exceptional, served in Restaurant Flo had a relaxing ambiance. The menu was wide-ranging, the dish’s mouth-watering and the quality of the food was excellent. The breakfast staff were delightful, service was friendly and so happy to help.

We stayed at this hotel for only one night, this was our second visit and was as good as expected. Perfect location to explore the City of Liverpool, walking distance to many shops, bars, restaurants, as well as local attractions. The property is relatively new so everything is modern and extremely clean. The hotel was decorated nicely inside with a large Christmas tree. Experienced a seamless efficient and speedy check-in, the staff were friendly, really helpful and welcoming, member recognition and offerings were excellent and I really felt valued.
Rooms were the new express style, adequate size, and well maintained. We slept very well on the extra-comfy bed with good pillows. Well equipped room smart tv, comfortable chair, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, tea and coffee making supplies and speedy complimentary Wi-Fi. Bathroom spotlessly clean with a great walk in power shower, lovely Soak toiletries and good quality towels. Several sockets and USB outlets plentiful enough for all our electrical items. Decent air conditioning as well also being very quiet. Good lighting both in the bedroom and bathroom. The room was over looking the next building, perhaps would prefer a street view on our next return stay.
The breakfast is one of the best Express Start Breakfast I have experienced, with an extensive selection of quality hot and cold goods. As a Diamond Elite member fantastic having the choice also to partake breakfast in adjacent IHG hotel. The breakfast area can get crowded during peak times, so suggest you go down early.
We were able to check out late allowing us to relax in the morning, this was a great help. This was a great experience and is now my favourite Holiday Inn Express, excellent in every way and great value. Already planning a trip back again. Thanks.

Oh what a night.. my Wife and I stayed at InterContinental Lisbon shortly before Christmas and this hotel surpassed all expectations thanks to the exceptional staff and the luxurious accommodation. Everything we experienced was absolutely amazing, the reception area looked fabulous with a beautifully decorated tree and lavish decorations exudes a festive ambiance, and the pianist playing in the lobby was a lovely touch.
We loved our Junior Suite it was stylishly decorated, extremely comfortable and offered lots of space with sweeping Park Views. Wonderful sleep in the comfort of a well appointed room. Everything you could wish for in a 5 star establishment. Small thoughtful gestures such as welcome treats of a nice plate of pastries and fresh fruits were much appreciated. The Bathroom area was large, clean, a bath and separate shower with both rain shower and a energising hansgrohe shower head with powerful massage sprays, and an array of beautiful Byredo toiletries. Gorgeous extra large reed diffuser in the room it was the best smelling and most eye catching premium diffuser. Enjoyed a great cup of coffee from the Nespresso pod machine.Housekeeping did a great job about refreshing our room during the turndown service.
Booking a room with Club InterContinental privileges is a great option, as the Club InterContinental Lounge was spectacular, a relaxing and sophisticated space. The staff were so professional and helpful, all day soft drinks and coffee, particularly enjoyed the evening happy hour with superb Portuguese wine and delicious canapés.
Enjoyed The Uptown Bar, modern and trendy bar with great decor mirrored walls and mood lighting a fun spot to relax with drinks, the bar tenders were excellent.
Buffet Breakfast served at Eduardo VII was excellent, a fine buffet of pastries, cereals, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes, pancakes, yogurts, fresh fruits, all very high quality you could even have sparkling wine. Enjoyed a really good breakfast, thank you to the chef making the omelettes, cooked perfect to my liking. The staff provided impeccable and friendly service.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we were most impressed with the staff of this hotel, the entire team were warm, welcoming and helpful. We are already eagerly anticipating our return visit. Thanks.

We recently stayed overnight at Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport prior to an early morning flight to Lisbon. Hotel car park was easy to find, with plenty of spaces.
The location was excellent and convenient short walk to the airport terminals.
Particularly impressed by the decor the Crowne Plaza has been nicely refurbished, bright, stylish and contemporary, an inviting Open Lobby combining the front desk, restaurant, and bar, into a lovely area with a social atmosphere that was made extra special by the Christmas tree, beautiful and festive.
The hospitality was great, the staff were very welcoming and our check in was easy and quick. Edward was very efficient and friendly, my IHG status was recognised and we received a room upgrade which was much appreciated.
The bedroom was modern, immaculate, ample space, effective soundproofing and good amenities, tea and coffee supplies, complimentary bottles of water, and packs of biscuits. A huge Super King bed, very comfy but disappointed only had two poor pillows provided, extra quality pillows would have been preferred. The bathroom was clean, with a shower over bath combo and deluxe toiletries.
Sadly a massive downside to our room was that we experienced a major issue with the heating, the room itself was freezing cold. I tried to adjust temperature but air conditioning unit didn't heat up the room, absolutely freezing just cold air blasting out therefore it was extremely uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. We wanted to have a good quality sleep before our early morning flight but unfortunately our sleep quality was disrupted by feeling that we were going to turn to ice !! we used all the towels as additional blankets, the funny thing is I always find hotel rooms far too hot!
Pleased with this property's Club Lounge a very pleasant and comfortable. It was a perfect quiet space to relax anytime of the day as the lounge is open 24/7. The lounge was well stocked and offered a good selection of hot/cold drinks, snacks and fruits, also we enjoyed the Club Lounge happy hour, quality alcoholic drinks and canapés although the vegetarian options could do with improving. The service was exceptional, the lady who was serving in the Club was really nice and friendly, and did a super job in looking after us.
On check out mentioned our concerns regarding the cold room but seemed, unaware to any fault. Hopefully our experience of a cold room was an isolated incident and next time we stay the room will be warm and toasty.
