An emblematic property, with elegant rooms and luxurious décor, reflecting Madrid itself with its perfect combination of classic and contemporary elements. The InterContinental Madrid is a haven of comfort. Sunday brunch in the palatial, marble-lined lobby; fine-dining, award-winning business facilities, and a 24-hour gym are just a few of the temptations on offer. A luxury property near to the city’s prestigious museums and shops.

Amazing stay at InterContinental Madrid, the moment you walk in you notice how beautiful the hotel is. A magnificent historic hotel, sophisticated and rich in old world charm and splendor. Absolutely fabulous check in process it was splendid thanks to the staff, extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Being a Diamond Elite Ambassador our stay got even better, we were delightfully upgraded to a King Ambassador Club Balcony Suite. The suite was spectacular, luxurious, spacious, elegant and offered exceptional comfort, peace and privacy. Stunning dark-oak carved king bed, comfortable with high quality bedding and furnishings. The room was immaculate. Fantastic spacious marble bathroom double washbasin, a separate bathtub and shower, with all the amenities one could wish for. We loved the balcony overlooking the main street it was huge and well equipped with a sun lounger and patio furniture perfect space to enjoy alfresco morning coffee and late-night drinks.
InterContinental Club Lounge is one of the best we have visited great appetizers, snacks and drinks. The staff are welcoming and are intuitive in their service, atmosphere was calm and nice.
The breakfast at El Jardin restaurant is superb a feast, the choice and quality of the breakfast was very good. The best tasting cup of coffee. Impressed with the service that we received friendly and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. Especially enjoyed the Cava with fresh orange juice.
The ambiance, style, service and location of the InterContinental Madrid was marvellous and it exceeded our expectations.
Thank you InterContinental Madrid for making our stay truly memorable.

A fabulous stay in the InterContinental Berlin. Lobby spacious and modern with a calming ambience filled with plants, potted palms and lots of other greenery making a pleasing and inviting area.
The check in was efficient, the staff are polite and professional. We were given a great premium room it was a very good room, stylishly furnished a blend of luxury and comfort with lots of space and all the amenities. Heavenly king bed with plush bedding. Relaxing seating area with a cosy couch. Large bathroom with luxe Byredo toiletries and an great shower. High marks for cleanliness, spotless room.
Our stay was enhanced with access to the Club InterContinental Lounge, first-class facilities, impeccable service and great views across Berlin.
The SPA InterContinental was the perfect place to unwind, particularly enjoyed using the pool and the whirlpool also a highlight was the outdoor terrace a tranquil experience.
Breakfast was not in the L.A. Café which was a minor disappointment, but temporarily being held in Potsdam function room a splendid and grand ballroom. We felt the hotel made great efforts to ensure an undisputed breakfast, the service was excellent despite being very busy and breakfast consisted of a lavish buffet. We had a fabulous sumptuous breakfast especially enjoyed the InterContinental bottled sparkling wine a nice treat to start the day.
We loved the perfect location walking distance to Tiergarten Park, and Berlin Zoo. We will definitely visit Berlin again and look forward to staying InterContinental Berlin again.

Yes, I recommend this property.
Great second stay at InterContinental Barcelona. We were warmly greeted upon arrival. The lobby is beautiful with a gorgeous eye catching display of flowers.
Checked in at the reception desk but as I have annual lounge membership the staff whisked us to the Club InterContinental lounge where we enjoyed two glasses of Veuve Clicquot champagne whilst being checked in. Wonderful check in experience staff were so friendly the check in process was quick and efficient, we were made to feel so special.
Excellent room was upgraded to a higher floor King classic with City view. Tastefully decorated, spacious and well equipped. Comfortable bed, with linen that was so dreamy with high quality duvet and pillows. Great clean bathroom included a walk in shower and bath, toiletries were by Byredo. The air conditioning worked perfectly.
One of the best Club InterContinental Lounges this lounge adds an extra touch of luxury offering complimentary beverages and food. Service in the Club lounge was very attentive and friendly.
We used the Spa in the hotel the facilities were outstanding and everything was so clean. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful, a perfect way to relax a blissful experience.
173 Rooftop Terrace is great, offers a stunning views you are able to see the whole of Barcelona. We enjoyed our drinks and food at rooftop bar, excellent service and atmosphere. The rooftop swimming pool is a massive bonus a lovely refreshing pool and lounging area. We were really content spending time by the pool but you have to be quick for the lounger’s, the only slight let down was the pool area is rather small and we couldn't get any sun lounges both times we popped up for a swim. A few more sun loungers or bean bags would benefit. There was 2 exclusive areas which I believe the hotel sells experiences for a premium day at the pool with a balinese bed, but during our stay these areas were left empty frustratingly we had to sunbathe on the wooden pool surround. Must mention it’s perfect for sunbathing on the roof as a it’s a sun trap.
Breakfast at Arrel Restaurant was below average. The coffee service throughout breakfast was slow, it took a few attempts to get a second coffee also no orange juice refills offered. I requested a very well cooked omelette but I was not pleased when the omelette made to order was served floating in raw egg liquid on the plate, never seen such a shockingly bad omelette. I complained to the waiter and he said he would send another well cooked omelette out, to which when my second omelette arrived cutting into it raw egg oozed out under cooked again. Probably the worst two omelette’s that I ever have had. This experience ruined my breakfast.

Our second time at InterContinental Athénée Palace truly brillant

Yes, I recommend this property.
We recently stayed at InterContinental Athénée Palace and had a fantastic experience thanks to the amazing hospitality and service, so impressed with this hotel everyone was dedicated in making our stay brilliant.
Arriving early we were warmly greeted and invited to relax with a drink on the terrace whilst our room was being prepared.
Check-in was very efficient and professional handled by Ioana who was polite, welcoming and helpful. Diamond Elite status recognised and was upgraded to a King Junior Suite.
Beautifully elegant room with a dedicated sitting area, we enjoyed the extra space to relax. Spacious bathroom with a superb walk-in shower, supplied with sustainable Byredo amenities. Excellent level of cleanliness. Comfortable bed, luxurious sheets, and towels.
Throughout our stay we visited the Club InterContinental Lounge what a pleasant experience, staff do a good job making eveyone welcome. The atmosphere was calm, relaxing, the drinks and food were great, however my advice during busy times arrive early for the evening canapés as food not replenished, drinks not restocked, and no plates or cutlery available.
We went to the English bar for a drink, nice cosy traditional pub with excellent service. The bartender made the best Baileys coffees.
First class breakfast served in Roberto's Restaurant a lavish buffet of hot and cold items, the quality of the food was simply amazing and the hospitality of all the staff was wonderful. Enjoyed a very pleasant breakfast sitting outdoors on the lovely Summer Terrace the weather was perfect, a delicious breakfast experience together with a great cup of coffee, fresh orange juice and a flute of prosecco it was a real treat.

This was our second time staying at InterContinental Malta, very happy return stay above my expectations. We checked in at the Club InterContinental Lounge situated on the 15th floor the welcome we received was exceptional. Great elite recognition. The check in process handled by Harsh, was seamless, quick and proficient, he took care of everything whilst we enjoyed some refreshments. Welcomed back to the hotel by Goran he remembered us from our previous stay and offered us a glass of champagne, made to feel valued guests.
Assigned an upgraded room overlooking the gardens and pool this was most appreciated. The room was of a good size, comfortable, and the cleanliness was superb. The AC worked well. Bathroom was spacious with a nice shower, quality large pump toiletries Byredo branded.
Found the sliding doors to balcony difficult to close as they kept shifting and not securing properly. On my last stay I highlighted the terrible, shabby, tired, and worn appearance to the balconies all desperately in need of maintenance, during this recent stay I was extremely pleased to see that the hotel is currently conducting some refurbishments to improve the balconies.
Brilliant Club InterContinental Lounge, we enjoyed a fantastic experience treated us very well. The service was remarkable all staff members including Nisha went out of their way to ensure full satisfaction.
We visited the InterContinental Beach Club a private area on St Georges Bay hotel guests have access with sunbeds, umbrellas and beach towels all provided. Really nice place to sunbathe and swim.Great ambient music and a chilled-out atmosphere, facilities well maintained, extremely friendly and attentive beach staff.
Breakfast served in the Harruba Restaurant is super and the service we received was exemplary. A excellent high quality buffet with a large selection of hot and cold offerings as well as made to order items from the chef, omelettes being very good. Particularly good coffee, liked the local specialties to try especially enjoyed the Maltese sparkling rose wine.
Perfect hotel with great facilities in the best location. Many thanks to all the staff at InterContinental Malta every member was pleasant and courteous made our trip a memorable one, definitely will be back

In the heart of the city and next to Florian Gate, the largest gate into the historical city, sits the Hotel Indigo® Krakow – Old Town. Housed in a stunning 19th century building. The hotel design has been inspired by three Polish painters from different centuries and that heritage has been subtly brought into our rooms and our public areas. Old Kleparz market is opposite our hotel and we are walking distance to Krakow’s Main Square, St. Mary’s Basilica, the Clothes Hall, the main shopping street (Florianska), Wawel Castle and the Jewish district.

Our second stay at Hotel Indigo Krakow a beautiful boutique hotel that resides in a stunning old historic building which has been lovingly restored creating unique accommodation steeped in history and architectural significance.
Arriving at reception we were greeted by friendly staff. Professional and smooth check-in experience, recognised my Diamond Elite status and received a room upgrade to a premium room. Our room was located on the second floor decor inspired by the great painter Jan Matejko. The room had lots of character, warm rich colours, high concrete ceilings, exposed brick walls, although quite small the blend of historic design with modern amenities provided a very comfortable feel. Extremely clean, furnished to a high standard, well equipped with bathrobes and slippers, Nespresso coffee machine, teas, hot chocolate, tasty sweet treats and bottled water. Nice bathroom with a good size walk-in shower having a rainfall shower head and hand held shower too, liked the luxurious Zenology toiletries. A small criticism the room was lacking in sufficient plug sockets, where the sockets are they where nowhere near a mirror, making hair drying and straightening really awkward.
Breakfast served at restaurant Filipa 18 was healthy, fresh and delicious made with local ingredients prepared by talented chefs. A variety of cooked to order dishes and a cold buffet with a selection of freshly baked breads, pastries, cereals, fruits, cheeses and cold cut meats. Great tasting coffee but let down by the poor quality orange juice. The service was helpful and friendly.
The rooftop SkyBar on the 6th floor, is a brilliant place to relax and enjoy drinks especially in good weather. A beautiful terrace full of attractive flowers and plants a perfect secret garden.
Check out was just as efficient and friendly as check in and we managed to get late check out this was helpful.

We had a brilliant stay at InterContinental Ljubljana, first impressions are striking. We were warmly greeted by very well presented staff, the front of house team were so polite, professional and friendly. The check in process was very smooth, received a fantastic room upgrade to a corner King premium club room.
Our room was luxuriously appointed, spacious, great decor with contemporary furnishings. Located on a high floor we admired the picturesque views from our elegant room. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bedding and pillows were amazing, the room was quiet, relaxing, and extremely clean. Gorgeous marble bathroom, perfect layout, and excellent lighting. Large walk-in rain shower, deep soaking bath tub, lovely Byredo toiletries, plus the bathroom had large windows which offered spectacular views over Ljubljana and the surrounding Alps.
Had access to Club InterContinental lounge located on the 19th floor, a comfortable private environment, breathtaking views, great refreshments throughout the day, good evening drinks fantastic local wines. Diana in the lounge made us feel very welcome.
We enjoyed a fabulous breakfast next morning which was served in the B Restaurant on the 20th floor, a highlight for us was to eat out on the terrace, best breakfast experience, incredible views, food was delicious and to make our breakfast even more special we indulged in a sparkling wine breakfast. The breakfast at the InterContinental Ljubljana is exceptional, great selection, quality ingredients, liked the open kitchen chance to watch the chefs, I must mention the homemade ice cream at breakfast it was amazing. The service was friendly and attentive.
The location is great, walking distance to attractions, restaurants, bars and shops.
The only thing that was disappointing was that the Serenity SPA, pool, saunas and jacuzzi was temporarily closed due to obligatory maintenance. The pool being unavailable was inconvenient but it was understandable that work is needed to be carried out in order to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and service. The hotel did provide an alternative choice, after reading underwhelming reviews the swimming pool facilities seemed a complete opposite in comparison to the prestigious Serenity Wellness and Spa centre at InterContinental Ljubljana, we were looking forward to indulging in this exclusive luxurious atmosphere from the swimming pool on the 18th floor. We have a reason to return and fully enjoy the hotels leisure facilities on our next stay.

Another good stay at Hotel Indigo Liverpool. Check in was quick and staff very polite and welcoming. Our room was a double standard with stocked minibar, when entering the room the first thing we noticed that there was a strong chemical smell of bleach coming from the bathroom, with no natural ventilation the odour quickly became overwhelming causing discomfort. Went to reception to report this issue and I was very happy how my complaint was dealt with, it was promptly resolved by the friendly team, changed rooms easily and the new room meet the standard I would except. Now in room 405 it was perfect no harsh smell, bright and spacious. Great room amenities that Included a complimentary minibar stocked with a nice selection, tea and coffee making facilities and bathrobes. Comfortable room however we did find the room far too hot and air-conditioning didn't work very well.
We ordered our hot breakfast, it was freshly prepared and delicious, slightly let down by the server telling us that the restaurant was out of butter for our toast/bread. The waitress was lovely, welcoming, helpful and smiling.

Yes, I recommend this property.
My wife and I recently enjoyed a wonderful night at Vignette Collection The Halyard Liverpool, a IHG luxury and lifestyle brand. This charming boutique hotel is in a fantastic location. The lobby is gorgeous everything is nice, new and sparkling, beautiful and well designed with plenty of green plants creating a lush atmosphere.
All staff encountered were exceptional, the service was very warm, friendly and honest. Seamless and smooth check in process, helpful front desk both polite and efficient.
A lovely gesture of hospitality upon arrival we received a delicious welcome drink of hot chocolate spiced up with coconut rum, a positive first impression enhancing our experience. As an IHG Diamond member selected breakfast as the welcome amenity, but unfortunately complimentary upgrade was not mentioned or offered, I presume not available. Our room a Queen Deluxe was perfect, well-organized layout, stylish furniture arranged to maximise space, many lighting options, comfortable bed with luxury pillows and bed linens crisp and clean, adequate storage, with great in room amenities coffee machine, a mini-fridge, very convenient to have a selection of wine / drinking glasses, robes, slippers, luxury bath and body products by Temple Spa, everything was high quality. Lovely bathroom, large walk in shower great temperature and water pressure.
The daily breakfast served in Voyagers Restaurant was amazing, the staff were excellent and attentive. We ordered our hot beverage and hot food option with the waiter / waitress and then helped ourselves to the buffet a selection of freshly baked pastries, cereals, nuts, fruits, breads, cheeses and charcuterie, everything was prepared to a high standard. The coffee was the best. We look forward to our next visit. Thanks.
