Crowne Plaza Warsaw - The HUB is located in the heart of the most dynamically developing business area in the city centre. The hotel has 212 elegant rooms and suites with plush furnishings and a modern design. The onsite Studio Lounge also offers
Club guests, a flexible space to work or relax. Direct access to the underground station provides excellent and easy transport to some of the city’s most important spots. From intimate boardrooms to a spectacular ballroom, the modern conference centre can accommodate 700 people and offers 30 meeting rooms which can be used for individual meetings or break out sessions. With Warsaw Chopin Airport just a 15-minute drive away, and the closest underground station, Rondo Daszynskiego, only a one minute walk, this four star hotel offers great stay options for business travellers or tourists to the city. Guests will also have access to two onsite restaurants with menus curated by Executive Chef Paweł Suchenek and a top floor cocktail bar, overlooking the city’s panorama and with an outside terrace. The Signature Bar is in the lobby area and is an all-day dining restaurant featuring a sustainably sourced menu with local produce, including a substantial breakfast and lunch menu, plus healthy snacks. My Diamond Elite status was acknowledged and received a lovely room upgrade. Our room a King double Bed Premium was beautiful, spacious, extremely comfortable, immaculately clean and well equipped. Luxurious bathroom with fantastic shower.
The hotel very kindly sent to our room a bottle of Prosecco, chocolates and a letter from the General Manager welcoming me back as a valuable guest this was a nice touch and very much appreciated.
Signature Bar in the hotel lobby has a pleasant atmosphere, it was the perfect place to enjoy a drink and the service is great.
Enjoyed exclusive access to Studio Lounge on the first floor, the Studio Lounge was excellent, a nice area to relax and have a drink / snack. The evening hors d'oeuvres presentation was a highlight excellent beer, wine and outstanding food it was incredibly good we had delicious Vietnamese style beef and steamed buns with mushroom sauce, my compliments to all the chefs who prepared these exceptional dishes.
Breakfast served in Nova Wola Restaurant is phenomenal an enourmous selection of fresh food really well prepared, almost certainly the best hotel breakfast I have experienced very satisfying.

This was our fifth stay at InterContinental Warsaw, staff were excellent as always and I felt valued as a returning guest, the check-in was pleasant and professional receiving a nice upgrade. The room was very large with a terrific view of Warsaw City centre. The bed was really comfortable and the bed linen was of the best quality. The bathroom was also very large, it was lovely having a bathroom with such a splendid view. Great shower and separate bath tub with bath products from Byredo. Room overall was clean but we found hair in the carpet. Good room amenities bottled water, tea and coffee making facilities, slippers and bathrobes which were useful to go to the pool in but the bathrobes could be improved they felt old and worn.
The hotel has an excellent pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room, a nice place to relax.
The Club InterContinental Lounge was a lovely place has spectacular views and the most friendliest and attentive staff, offers snacks and drinks at different times of the day a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast is a feast, we experienced an unforgettable breakfast at Downtown Restaurant. Staff are brilliant, the breakfast service was impeccable very hardworking, and friendly staff.

We absolutely loved our stay at the InterContinental Athenaeum Athens, my wife and I stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate her birthday. Reception was very efficient and friendly we were taken by guest relations to the Club Lounge for check in, this private check in at the lounge was a personalised welcoming experience.
Our upgraded room was a One King Bedroom Suite with living area it was perfect very spacious and in good condition although decor is slightly-dated it could do with some refurbishment to achieve a more modern, luxurious and stylish space. Everything was very clean and tidy. The bed and pillows were comfortable, excellent quality bedding. Air-conditioning worked well. The tv was an old model and took a long time before it worked, screen was blurred. The bathrooms were nice and a good size, good lighting and extremely clean with luxury toiletries by Byredo in the Bal D'Afrique scent, good sized towels.
The gift of a cake from the hotel for my wife's birthday was a lovely and appreciated gesture.
The Club lounge is temporarily relocated to the Premiere restaurant on the 10th floor, whilst upgrading the facilities at the Club InterContinental. The view of the Acropolis is spectacular, especially when it is lit up at night. The evening drinks reception was excellent and the service in lounge was fantastic.
Enjoyed a leisurely breakfast at Cafezoe offers an extensive breakfast experience featuring great quality food options both hot and cold, a bountiful feast including local Greek cuisine to standard international options. We had delicious omelettes made to order by the talented chef. Freshly squeezed juices and lovely coffee. Mouthwatering high-end desserts especially the Homemade Twix bars these caramel chocolate shortbreads were incredible. I highly recommend getting breakfast it was a highlight and the staff were outstanding extremely attentive and very friendly.
Location was excellent walking distance to a subway station. I would very much recommend this hotel.

Our third stay at Crowne Plaza Manchester we were greeted by a very professional member of staff called Lily she was so friendly and welcoming. Efficiently checked us in, great recognition for being a Diamond Elite member enjoyed the exclusive benefits of having a late check-out this was very much appreciated no complimentary room upgrade available but to make our stay special the receptionist gave us drinks vouchers to use in the bar this was a thoughtful extra touch enhancing our stay experience.
Our room on the 6th floor comfortable, spacious, large bed with premium bedding, the air-conditioned worked great. Very clean bathroom with a separate shower and bath, lovely toiletries.
We had access to the Club lounge, it was always clean and well stocked, the snacks and beverages were very good indeed.
Particularly impressed with the staff in the Club lounge Marcella was exceptional, we received a very high standard of service during evening happy hour.
Enjoyed our drinks in the Glasshouse Bar and restaurant, lovely atmosphere and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Decent hotel in a great location
Yes, I recommend this property.
This was our second stay at Hotel Indigo Manchester Victoria Station, a charming building with unique design featuring the history of Manchester, the location of the hotel is superb.
On check-in my Diamond status was recognised and welcome amenity offered but I had not been upgraded. I asked if a complimentary upgrade was available, checked the system then allocated us a room on the eighth floor a Queen bed standard City view.
In the corridor there was a very loud high pitched buzzing noise that was heard in our room this was a problem to my wife causing discomfort to her ears, went to reception to discuss the noise issue this was resolved promptly and professionally. Pleased that we were able to move to another room.
Our room now on the ninth floor was quiet, well furnished, clean, great City view. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were terrible. Nice bathroom, large walk-in shower complete with fabulous Biology smart skincare products. We found the room to be very warm but once switched on the air-conditioning it cooled down quickly.

This was our second stay at the luxury resort InterContinental Phuket, amazing again! As soon as you enter the lobby the speculator white Temple is an impressive centrepiece to the resort truly breathtaking. Our arrival was totally perfect, recognised as returning guests the staff's friendliness and how warmly we were greeted and welcomed was outstanding. My wife and I were overwhelmed with the gratitude and dedication of the staff ensuring our experience was exceptional.
Upon check in we were given gorgeous fresh Jasmine flower bracelets so pretty and such a beautiful scent my wife loved the fragrance. Greatly appreciated the recognition for being a loyal Diamond elite Ambassador, we were treated to a lovely room upgrade. Our room a King classic with pool access was wonderful, especially enjoyed swimming straight into the resort pool from the sunny private terrace. I found the bed and its bedding to be very comfortable, had a great night's sleep. Every detail in the room is elegantly appointed and designed for your upmost comfort everything is extremely clean. Fabulous bathroom amenities from Harrn, relaxing moments in the deep freestanding bath.
The resort is sleek, sophisticated, and beautifully designed with luscious greenery all around. Excellent facilities loved all 5 outdoor pools, the reception building has an infinity pool on its rooftop we never found it on our first stay but this time enjoyed a cooling dip in the sparkling waters. Near the beachfront pool there's a large beach area with plenty of loungers, Kamala Beach is by far the best beach a perfect mix of fun, great restaurants, calm atmosphere, and stunning sea views. Pine is the perfect place for lunch by the beach.

Breakfast was made extra special with a glass of champagne lovely way to start your day an indulgent treat. The breakfast team were wonderful all the staff are bright, bubbly and eager to please.

A contemporary boutique hotel, constructed in 2019, designed to reflect the city's famous architecture, and the oldest racecourse in the UK, all 75 stunning guest rooms feature Hypnos beds and stylish bathrooms with rainfall showers and bespoke toiletries.
When it comes to food and drink, we are lucky to share the building with The Forge Chester. The Forge is a culinary establishment that prides itself on offering incredible dry-aged beef and wild venison. These exquisite meats can be found in their maturation cabinets, patiently waiting for their turn on the remarkable Forge grill. Their main focus lies in utilizing British ingredients, with a special emphasis on sourcing ingredients as close to the Chester area as possible. They aim to provide amazing service, ensuring that each visit is truly memorable.

This is our third visit to Hotel Indigo Chester and still as good as we remembered.
From check in to check out the staff we encountered were all helpful and friendly. The hotel lobby was warm, cosy and smelt amazing.
Our room on the 4th floor was very pleasant although not huge was an adequate size, nicely furnished, clean, beautiful decor that captures the spirit of the local neighbourhood. Stylish bathroom large glass-enclosed walk-in shower with both handheld and rainfall shower heads, lovely fragrant Zenology toiletries.
Personal preference the pillows weren't the comfiest also the air conditioning in the room was noisy.
Fantastic breakfast served in The Forge a lovely restaurant with open plan kitchen in the centre makes it a nice experience to watch the skilled breakfast chefs cook fresh to order uniquely over fire and charcoal. Breakfast was delicious, high quality, cooked to perfection, well presented and served piping hot, the only thing missing for us was hash browns to complete the full English breakfast. Great freshly brewed coffee. The service was excellent, efficient and very friendly.

A wonderful and enjoyable stay at InterContinental Barcelona, on arrival received a warm welcome from the reception desk then invited to Club InterContinental for check-in. Escorted to the lounge we then experienced a seamless check-in truly personalised, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Our beautiful corner spacious suite was elegantly appointed, having all the comforts expected of a luxury hotel. The bathroom area was large and clean with lovely toiletries by Byredo, and Natura Bissé. Comfortable big King size bed, high thread count linens and feather pillows. Housekeeping very proficient did a great job every day, including the nightly turn-down service. Handwritten card on arrival from the General Manger, also received a second note on our last night, this was nice.
One of the best Club InterContinental experiences, it is truly first class on excellence and quality. A lovely private retreat definitely added a touch of luxury to our stay. The entire team were outstanding, very friendly, ensuring a warm welcome and attentive service throughout our stay. Enjoyed using the fantastic professional Nespresso coffee machine it crafted a perfect high quality cup of coffee, liked very much. Club InterContinental serves a generous choice of premium drinks, very impressed by the Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label champagne served in the lounge.
A highlight for us was the luxury Spa InterContinental, amazing thermal circuit a fabulous experience the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff are very pleasant, helpful and professional. Spa facilities are immaculately clean and smells incredible. Robes and flip flops are supplied to use in the spa. Visiting the spa is a must.
Great swimming pool on the roof which we enjoyed. Stunning panoramic views of the city.
Looking forward to returning during summertime to enjoy the roof terrace.
Breakfast served in Arrel Restaurant was great, food quality was excellent, delicious cups of coffee, fresh refreshing orange juice and the omelettes also being very good. I asked about ordering some poached eggs but I was mildly surprised to be told that there would be a charge for this preference however I could order fried eggs for free. I think It would be helpful having some information on what you can order to your table during breakfast. The service was superb and efficient.

This was the third stay for us at the InterContinental Sofia and once again a wonderful stay. As always a very warm welcome from the reception desk.

We stayed in a suite overlooking the impressive St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. The suite was spacious, clean, beautiful decor modern and stylish. The bed was perfect, lovely quality bedding the highest level of comfort. The suite bathroom is huge, big bath as well as separate large shower, good lighting and gorgeous Byredo Bal d’Afrique toiletries. We appreciated the luxurious room, it felt like home.
Enjoyed spending time in the club InterContinental lounge which was very relaxing and offered a great selection of food and drink, a highlight for us was the afternoon tea and the pre-dinner drinks and canapés the quality and choice was excellent. Special mention to all the chef’s who prepared scrumptious dishes.
The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options, great fresh orange juice and superb coffee.
The staff were incredibly friendly and professional always going out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. This was a splendid experience, thanks to Sevda Hadjieva and her lovely team.
InterContinental Sofia is one of our favorite places to stay.
