Beautiful hotel with impeccable staff.

As a diamond ambassador elite member I got upgraded to a fabulous suite exceptionally appointed spacious, comfortable, modern, and clean with an amazing view of St Alexander Nevsky Cathedral.
Received a warm, personal welcome from the reception staff they were always very polite and knowledgeable. Every day they greeted me and I felt very valued as a guest. A great member of staff Seveda who took time to show us the club lounge and chatted to us about the hotels renovation for the new restaurant/ terrace area very interesting.
Breakfast was elaborate and had an amazing spread.
The Floret Bistro lovely experience to enjoy a glass of wine accompanied by live piano music in the evening.
The InterContinental Sofia is a beautiful luxury hotel and will definitely return in the future.

Yes, I recommend this property.
Platinum Ambassador status enhanced our stay with exceptional benefits, enjoyed welcome drinks in the hotels nice bar, extended our check-out until 4pm. Very friendly and efficient staff.
Lovely room, high floor had
direct views of the Palace of Culture.
As a welcome gift, we got a bottle of red wine, four water bottles, and some snacks which was a thoughtful gesture.
Beautiful clean room all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable, although our bed was on the small side.
River View Wellness Centre is located on
the 43rd floor the pool area is very relaxing, enjoyed the views across Warsaw truly superb.
At breakfast there is live music played on
a harp, breakfast was impeccable, with great variety and very tasteful omelettes.

Lovely hotel, professional staff, friendly and very helpful. Rooms very clean and spacious. Huge comfy bed, bathroom modern with a decent shower.
Unfortunately we didn't get to stay for
breakfast as we had an early morning flight.

When it comes to food and drink, we are lucky to share the building with The Forge Chester. I had a fantastic one night stay here. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Platinum recognition excellent, complimentary drink in the bar was a nice treat, loved the upgraded room with references to horse racing it was much appreciated.
The hotel is very beautiful and classy.
