Good location. Nice room and very comfortable bed. The food options in the Club lounge were excellent, and the espresso very good. I had a nice time.
As a lone business traveler the Club lounge is a perfect retreat in the evening, and it would have been nice if it had stayed open a bit longer. A special touch would be to serve Champagne instead of Cava. The wines did not match the great quality of the canapés.

Thank you for a lovely stay. It was a nice ending to our holiday. I really like the high quality of everything in the rooms, gym, exterior, sun beds etc. Your Club lounge is very nice and we like to send special thanks to Ms Kridtiya for a very nice time. The club lounge has the best coffee outside Italy! And the service is perfect.
It is a nice feature to serve imported Italian water, but really not necessary. I love Italian water but in these times it does not look good from a sustainability point of view. Stick to filtered water in your lovely bottles like in the rooms.
I miss the Champagne in the Club lounge and to be honest you could probably find a Champagne for almost the same price as the Prosecco you serve (which is expensive).
The price of the club rooms are on the high side (even after lowering the prices of the rooms in Feb), and I would like you to be able to keep this level.

We stayed a few nights. The rooms needs renovation and I think it is planned for. The ventilation is however a problem. The room was very hot. Even with the AC off it was giving a lot of heat. They tried to fix it but no luck. Luckily the window could open and it was -3C outside. The Club lounge had a very nice offering, keep up the good work.

This was the first time we celebrated Christmas at IC Berlin, although we have been here many times in the past years. First I would like to thank the Club floor manager for his efforts in looking over the situation we have had the past year regr an extra person. The Club rooms are very nice, but the food offering in the Club lounge have gone down a bit in quality. I was expecting something special during Christmas (like at IC Paris) but it was the opposite. Examples such as using dry toast bread for Afternoon tea and unexciting hot Canapés (but cold). Since the staff and drink service is excellent in the Club lounge, I think it can come back to the previous high level with a quick fix.

The service in the Club lounge is fantastic!
I just have some suggestions for the temporary Club lounge since it will be around for a long time; move out the business centre and put in a sofa/armchairs instead. If the TV can be removed I would not mind at all.

We visit IC Berlin as often as we can and the main reason is the Club Lounge, especially the concept with canapés and Champagne. The club lounge crew has always been fantastic and the service very good.
Rarely we have a late flight home but when that happens we have been invited to stay the evening in the lounge. We have offered to pay a sum, but they would not hear of it, which of course we very much appreciate. This time was no different, we were invited to stay and use the lounge. However, at check out that was challenged by the new club floor manager, "who said", "what" etc. We were allowed to stay anyway, but the situation made us uncomfortable. We were informed that next time that will indeed come with an extra fee.
For >5 years we have stayed 3 people in a club room and payed the extra person charge (we never want an extra bed). This time we payed an extra 2p lounge fee for one extra person. In summary we paid for 4p lounge access, which is higher than before but still ok with us and a good deal for the hotel. I appreciate that the club floor agents can (or rather could) bend the rules a bit with regular guests. At check out the new club floor manager informed us that next time we have to book two club rooms. Unfortunately, this new strict policy means we will not return.
Everything was perfect until after check out. We actually felt so uncomfortable we decided to leave early. But in the last minute Nihal and her colleague saved the day.
Another note: One evening there was no Champagne at all. This did not effect us much since it was after our check out, but several guests made a note of it. It was apparently finished. I think it is strange how Champagne can not be brought in on a Monday. Champagne is a corner stone in the club lounge concept and I can understand the other guests disappointment.
IC Berlin Club lounge has been my favorite IC club lounge. I hope it can stay that way.
