We are sorry if there was any confusion regarding our pools. Guests may use any of the pools in the Resort (with the exception of the private Villa Pool). The sun loungers in the Busakorn Wing are reserved for guests of that wing which are clearly signposted. We apologise if this was unclear during your stay.

Je regrette que la personne qui s'occupe des activités nautiques (kayaks, masques et tubas ...) soit aussi "mal aimable". Cette personne est impolie (pas de bonjour, de merci; d'au revoir, ..), ce qui change avec l'ensemble du reste du personnel qui lui a été très accueillant. J'ai assisté à une scène presque choquante lorsque ce monsieur s'est permis de se moquer devant moi, d'une touriste étrangère et âgée qui souhaitait un renseignement. Je ne comprends pas cette attitude, ce monsieur ne devrait pas travailler dans le tourisme.

Poor wifi service . We paid for the premium wifi service but we even can't upload a picture . Called the staff to fix the problem but didn't work. Poor breakfast Poor service from the snorkeling equipment borrowing centre
