Holiday Inn Kuala Lumpur Glenmarie
A classic, business & leisure friendly resort styled hotel in thriving Malaysia For a successful business or leisure trip to the country's picturesque destination, the Holiday Inn Kuala Lumpur Glenmarie places you where you need to be. It's just a 30-minute drive from Kuala Lumpur International Airport, KLIA and 10- minute drive from Subang SkyPark Airport to the hotel's grand lobby, where guests find a warm welcome and a relaxing vibe. Are you in town for a meeting A cluster of important institutions lie within a 15-minute drive of the 260-room hotel, including Temasya, Glenmarie and Bukit Jelutong Industrial Parks. Petronas Twin Tower and Kuala Lumpur City Center is a pleasant 40 minutes drive - but you can easily do business in the hotel thanks to free Wi-Fi and a 24 hour Business Center, along with a smart boardroom and spectacular ballroom for 500 guests. Families on holiday in Kuala Lumpur appreciate being just 10 minutes from Sunway which houses a shopping mall, restaurants and a theme park. Subang Parade Shopping Mall & Empire Shopping Gallery are also within 10 minutes drive from the hotel. After a hot day, what could be better than a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool Enjoy a cup of traditional tea, Teh Tarik at our lobby lounge while you are enjoying the magnificent view of the golf course, Glenmarie Golf & Country Club.You could also enjoy a drink at the pool side or a delicious meal at any of our signature restaurants.

I HOPE THAT THE HOTEL WILL IMPROVE

Restaurant menu become limited. Had dinner in the restaurant 1 time and afterwards felt very thirsty - I believe there's a lot of msg in the food.
Available TV channel very poor.
Bathroom light too dark, no extra lighting at the mirror.
Executive Club staff very kind and helpful.
Except one time we come late for breakfast (actually just come at the time the staff prepared to close down the breakfast), the staff just told us that breakfast was over. We have to tell them that we just took some food very quick. This is not expected for the Executive Club.
Surprise to learn that the breakfast was not longer on a holiday - which other hotels normally do.
Fridge door was tied with a cable tie - I don't understand.
We did not get our fruit platter or newspaper during our stay?
Rosie from the Executive Club was very attentive. We arrived late on Jan 31. She called us and informed us that the luggage which we left with the hotel and laundry already put into our room. However, we were surprised to learn that the Executive Club entrance was locked when we arrive. We have to go to our room from the main lobby. Very strange.

Excellent staff

2nd time staying at Glenmarie and wont be the last!! staff service is excellent, great location just enough distance out of the city which is easily reached on the LHR train (local station is less than a mile away),
my one and only gripe is that the rooms could do with windows that open to let some fresh air in (musty smell!) numerous places to eat and drink, we loved the snack bar in the reception area with the open balcony, pool area is very nice and tidy.

Very Nice Resort.

Unfourtunately we were only able to spend one night here because this place is nice. The rooms are very clean and modern and we had a room on the ground floor which has a balcony leading right into a pool. The shower is large with a rain shower head and the furniture and decor are modern and clean. The one meal we had was breakfast and it was very good. Good selection and the food tasted great. Overall a good place.

相信入住假日酒店都希望有水準的服務，以酒店的價格我有很多選擇，服務員是酒店接觸客人最前缐的，如酒店培訓服務員對待客人的基本態度都做不好，很難令客人覺得酒店的誠意及物有所值，因此希望管理層能認真正視問題，前線的服務員多點笑容多點熱情才能令客人感到被重視，才能得到口碑比花在廣告上的費用更為重要。

因為房間裡面有放置人偶, 小孩子會怕. 客房人員發現後, 立刻請人拿走,並且安撫小朋友. 唯一的缺點, 就是牆面上的人偶無法拿走, 晚上的時候, 小朋友會感覺害怕.

酒店房间有点陈旧，也有些异味。沙滩虽然有员工清理垃圾，但还是很脏，完全不想下去。员工服务很热情，但是经常会电话过来打扰到我休息

非常棒的度假酒店

拥有很好的泳池和不错的沙滩，早餐也挺丰富。
附楼有百货店，购物吃饭都非常方便。
离周末夜市Cicado步行也可以到达，很是方便。
因为身体的原因没有过多享受健身房和SPA，有点遗憾，下次再去。

Great Stay in Central Hua Hin

Fantastic hotel that is right in the middle of central Hua Hin. Beach, pool, spa, and all the other amenities. Will allow for hotel guests a free pass to the nearby water park. Friendly staff and excellent rooms.
