some of there comments are not aimed at the Hotel but you should know anyway. Giving the umbrella hustlers preference to the best beach spots is anti tourist. We have a Shibumi and had to set up behind some post a long way from the Gulf. That"s just wrong, and having to walk through their gauntlet is not right. Where we usually go there are NO restrictions, we just thought we'd give you a try and wish we hadn't spent the money.

I visit Louisville for a conference and had an excellent overall experience. My room was nice and comfortable, the meeting spaces were great, and the customer service was wonderful. I would recommend the hotel for any conference in the area.

We travelled from Canada to meet our kids at Disneyworld. We were so pleased to find such quality accommodation close to Disney for a reasonable price. The room was large and the bed so comfortable! We enjoyed the Keurig coffee in the morning after a hot shower with the same products I use at home.
It was refreshing to have a swim in the pool and sit there again in the evening with a drink.
Being able to use the shuttle to Disney saved us so much stress! Thank you! Great memories were made.

The hotel staff were great and the room was clean. We loved the decor and over all vibe of the hotel. They allow pets and have a cute pet station when entering the back entrance which we loved.

If you need a room close this is your place. Otherwise save your money. I’ve stayed at 2 stars that were like this. Rooms were not comfortable and were dated. Bed was hard. Just did not like room at all. Staff was ok

Elegí el hotel por la ubicación cercana al Estadio GNP, pero me arrepentí al momento de querer hacer check-in porque me dijeron que estaban entregando habitaciones de acuerdo al orden de llegada y que había gente esperando desde en la mañana. Toda la sala de espera de recepción y parte del comedor estaban ocupados con gente esperando. Al final esperé 2 horas y media para que me entregaran habitación.
La vez anterior que elegimos este hotel mi esposo encontró un insecto (vivo) en la cama. Afortunadamente nos pudieron cambiar de habitación pero quedamos con la sensación de que había insectos en todos lados.
Después de estas 2 experiencias buscaré alojarme en otros lugares a partir de ahora.
