Welcome to our avid hotel in beautiful Memphis Southaven. Located East of I-55, on Goodman Rd./MS-302, our hotel is just 10 miles from Memphis International Airport (MEM) and local attractions. We are 10 minutes away from The Landers Center, Tanger Premium Outlets, BankPlus Event Center, and Snowden Grove Youth Sports complex. Our hotels is also a short drive away to popular local restaurants and entertainment options such as Beale Street and Graceland in Memphis.

Poor shower

IHG member who has stayed at this property multiple times. Shower water pressure is very poor, avoid staying in a room on the end of the building, if you have any issues be sure to let them know until it gets corrected.

No sleep

This was the worst stay here. Didn't sleep both nights because the people on the floor above us were jumping and stomping so it sounded like the floor was going to come down on us. The front desk wasn't helpful I even thought of calling cops. 1 Elevators broke and was very inconvenient.

The bathroom is broken and not clean

Comfortable bed but the bathroom is broken it’s hard to closed.The toilet cover is not clean.I ask the staff to clean it on the second day of stay but they did not clean the room and fill up the toiletries.

We came to visit our 4 and 6 year old grandchildren and chose this hotel for the pool. Our grandchildren loved it, but it was so cold that their lips literally turned blue and I was unable to stand the temperature. The on site cafe is very limited and the food was less than memorable. There was however a gift shop that has some really cool things. Next trip we will stay at the Great Wolf Lodge which states that their water temp is 80 degrees.

Hello,
We scheduled a work meeting at the Small Conference Room and the A/C was not working, so the lobby and our meeting was very hot!
Then in my room I had to take a freezing cold shower because the water mixer did not work at all, I did report it to the front desk attendant.
Then I noticed a price upcharge of approximately $50/$60 dollars, compared to my last stay that was 1-2 month ago.
I was not happy and we should have received a price discount for the inconvenience!

Family-friendly Freihausviertel district hotel close to Vienna city centre, with a restaurant and a bar
Holiday Inn® Vienna City hotel is a 15-minute walk from the city centre. From Paulanergasse tram stop, seven minutes from the hotel, you can catch line 1, taking you round the Ringstraße. Vienna International Airport (VIE) is a 25-minute drive away, and Vienna HBF train station is a 10-minute taxi ride away.
The lively open-air Naschmarkt food market is a six-minute walk from the hotel. Also within walking distance is charming Karlsplatz square with its monumental church. Fashionistas will love discovering and browsing the many neighbourhood boutiques, such as Pregenzer, an Austrian designer gem, seven minutes from the hotel. Music lovers won't want to miss the Musikverein concert hall and State Opera, all less than 20 minutes' walk away.

Customer service was great. The place is clean. Carpets need replacing due to a slight smell, but still clean. The room was cozy just needs updates and repairs. I would also suggest options other than pork on the breakfast menu

I made the reservation for our son using reward points, when I called to let the front desk know that our son would be checking in, I was told that I would have to come to the hotel and check-in myself. Even after telling them that I updated the reservation with my son listed as a guest, I had to drive to the hotel and check-in for him. Fortunately, this was not an out of town reservation. This added unwanted complications to our Easter weekend

Room needs updated

The refrigerator door is pretty beat up. The lamp shade in the living room is tore up. There was a chunk of some kind of food under the front of the chair in the living room. The chair and foot stool were also stained to the point where I put the foot stool on the chair so no one would sit on it. TV channels in the living room were messed up. Workers tried to fix it and thought they did but it still didn't function correctly. Not a well kept room for the price.
