This hotel is a mid to lower mid tier level hotel. When arriving make sure you request to see the room as we were not given what we booked. We booked premium room and received an ada standard king. This was not comfortable and also took an accessible room from a potential person in need. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were old/lumpy/flat. Bedding was low grade as well as towels. The location is convenient but crowded and loud. The roof top bar and lounge is the hotels bright spot, but even there a bartender spilled a drink all over one of us and then didn’t even discount it or take it off the bill. It ruined a pair of pants. There are many hotels at this level and I would choose elsewhere or spend an extra $100 a night for something better.

Breakfast was extremely disappointing - undoubtedly the worst I’ve encountered in over 30 years of business travel.
While the room was adequate, it fell short of the standard I’ve come to expect from other Hotel Indigo properties.
Overall, my experience was well below expectations, and I left feeling very disappointed.

This 100% non-smoking facility features 12,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space to accommodate corporate, social, and wedding events.
We offer a variety of places to relax and enjoy a cocktail. Take advantage of our lobby bar or enjoy the breeze and view of the Corpus Christi Bay and Marina from our outdoor patio. We look forward to your arrival.

Poorly maintained property

The room was in sub-par condition with the ceiling texture falling on the bed and carpet. There was mold on the bathtub, and it smelled like urine in the restroom. The outlets on the lamps did not all work, and it was a challenge to find an outlet to charge a phone and watch. The hallway smelled of vomit. It’s old and not clean.

The bathroom was disgusting. There was old vomit allover the wall behind the toilet. There was long black hair in shower and tub. The AC barely worked and felt humid in the room the whole night.

This is the only hotel we stay at when visiting Grand Rapids! The location is perfect to get to and to get to the city. Their shuttle service is the key to be able to get to downtown locations when we don't want to walk. The staff has always been very accommodating and welcoming. Again, the only place to stay in Grand Rapids!

Recently renovation and wonderful

The hotel is very conveniently located to the major aspects of New Orleans. I was told it has been renovated recently and I loved the room which was a walk through the patio doors in room and an amazing view of Downtown The bar staff was very friendly and attentive.
