The Hotel Indigo® London Kensington is situated in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, our London hotel blends beautifully into this boutique neighbourhood. We’re also located close to the Earl’s Court tube station, placing all of London’s destinations and major transport hubs like Heathrow (LHR) and London City Airports (LCY) within easy reach.

Horrible basement room

It wasn't great. I was given a room in the basement with an odd smell. The kitchen is on the other side of the wall so I was woken up to the sound of dishes and loud bumps to the wall as they setup for breakfast.
The housekeeping came really late, at 7pm on Sunday and I just said to skip it. The floor didn't look vacuumed when they did come in.
The refrigerator never worked. They said someone was going to switch it out, that never happened, so I stopped asking.
The bed is rock hard. I didn't expect this from a larger chain hotel and from a "4" star hotel. A "3" star on the same street for cheaper would have suffice.
I didn't want to be the guest that complains about everything but that room shouldn't be rented to anyone. There's mold at the top tiles. I won't be returning.

BAD EXPERIENCE AT HOLIDAY INN CORPUS CHRISTI

Staff was overwhelmed by the check inn process. Finally got checked in. Went to room and temperature was COLD!. Setting for AC was 69 degrees. Changed to 73 then 74 then 75 then 76 Then 77 Then 78. Went out to meetings. Came back late and temperature had not changed IT WAS VERY COLD. Went to report to front desk and said engineer woud be up. Nothing happened we were FREEZING all night. Next morning had more meetings came back at night still no change in temperature.VERY COLD-FREEZING.. Went down to ask for blankets. Had to go to front desk again and ask for BLANKETS Still no engineer. Security to Guard brought blankets AT MIDNIGHT. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

Bad Room, Fair Price

1) Had to move rooms due to no window blinds.
2) A baseball team (above me?), was yelling, jumping, until after midnight. I eventually had to notify front desk to quiet them.
3) The iron didn’t hold water to steam, the ironing board padding was so thin the metal grid imprinted on my shirts.
4) Cheap toilet paper was abrasive to the body
5) Very low pressure shower
6) Phone I room didn’t work when needed help

I will say, when I had to switch rooms, they were quick and efficient. Breakfast was good and service there was also excellent.

We are less than one mile from the United States Air Force Base, Boeing Company, and Chevron. 100% Non-smoking hotel and all rooms include microwaves & refrigerators. Leisure travelers love our beautiful Holiday Inn Express at Salt Lake City Airport, come create your next stay with us. If you seek adventure, the Great Salt Lake is 10 miles away & seven ski resorts are in close proximity. The hotel is conveniently located off I-80 & I-215. Outdated with paper thin walls

The rooms are very outdated and the walls are paper thin. Had to listen to the person in the next door room snore all night long. And a $8 parking fee in an industrial area seems out of line. Would not recommend this hotel.

Price was reasonable for last minute accommodations. Check in line was somewhat long but it moved pretty quickly. Parking was a bit too expensive for my taste so my company could not stay long. Although , Given the location it was quite understandable. I will definitely be returning for a longer stay in the future. Thanks!

Not worth it

The view from my room was terrible. Would have been better off with just a wall. The security at night were rude and confrontational. The amenities were lack luster. I had IHG rewards for food and beverage but this hotel doesn't offer any way to use it. Carpets were stained. Location was good and baggage check guys were great. Would not stay here again.
