Only thing good is parking

The beds were not comfortable. The shower didn't have good pressure and was not very clean. The staff didn't seem to be friendly towards any guest. They were very cold. Door for the balcony was locked so couldn't even get fresh air. When we got there they had no tv what so ever. They just told us no tv they are working on them. They didn't offer any apology about it just a plain letter saying it would be back on by 5pm but it was not. Overall wouldn't stay hear again. The only plus was parking.

I love this place I love the staff and everything only problem I had was with the TV it had a bad connection and kept going in and out but other than that my stay was there was lovely and I would recommend this place to anyone

Great staff , friendly and knowledgeable, transportation to and from the broadway area , a short walk to the stadium , free parking , conveniently located , good hot breakfast , and the bar is well stocked , reasonably priced and a friendly and knowledgeable bartender!

Unable to sleep well.

Remote didn’t work. Blankets had stains. Only thing the front desk said was should have told once in room, but it was late and had been up for 17 hours. Which I said leaving at 5 AM. Hair left in the shower too.

Very tired and run down

I was not impressed with this hotel at all. The room was dirty and run down and the bathtub had all the finish off it and the doors were swollen and crumbling. The elevator was scary and the carpet in the halls was all wavey and coming up.

Not what I would expect from a Holiday Inn at all.

Downtown Convenience at The Holiday Inn New Orleans

I had a great stay at this property. The staff was efficient, friendly, and checked in on me throughout my visit, offering helpful tips about the hotel that made my stay even better. The lobby café was a nice touch for quick mornings, and the location made it easy to walk everywhere. I had a fantastic city and park view from my room, which featured a full-sized desk on wheels – perfect for getting work done. The quick WiFi and excellent lighting were also much appreciated.

My only suggestion would be to enhance the business center. While one is available, a quieter, more private space outside the room would be ideal for early morning calls.

Overall, a comfortable and convenient choice for business or leisure. The shower was especially nice! Would definitely stay again.
