I found this hotel to be excellent for my business stay. Breakfast was excellent, the staff was very friendly, and the hotel is very clean. The only negative was the floors were very thin and we heard every time someone walked above us. I look forward to staying again.

Beds were comfortable, room was immaculate. We were in town for my father's funeral and Cheryl was able to check us in a little early so we could get ready, we appreciate that so much!

I regularly stay at this hotel for work; each visit feels like coming home. Everyone is genuinely welcoming, professional, and accommodating, from the front desk staff to the management team.
During my most recent stay, I needed a late check-out due to work commitments, and Manager Jose went above and beyond to extend my stay, allowing me to complete my tasks comfortably before heading to the airport.
This level of service and hospitality is what makes this my favorite hotel. I will continue to choose this property whenever possible.

This was as bad as a "roach motel" on the side of a highway, on a deserted dirt road, worse maybe... We stay in a lot of Holliday Inn Expresses... This was the worst. To start with, the check in staff, was not friendly, they weren't rude, but definitely not happy to see anyone, "How dare we interrupt them." Then the room(s), I rented two of them for two nights, EEEiKKK!!!! I went into the bathroom, and there was hair on the toilet seat, floor and bathtub... Nope wasn't ours! Gross.. come on guys... When I went to the Ice machine/ vending area... there were used, plastic dishes stacked on top, they must have been personal dishes, as they were colored and not hotel grade. The grounds of the hotel were a "Hot Mess!" It looked as though the trash cans had been dumped on the ground and not emptied into the dumpster... Truth be told, we will not be spending out $550.00 here agian!

I am a long time Holiday inn member and this had to be one of the worst stays I have had in my entire life. I asked to check in Early, which I was unable to do. We showed up at about 4pm and they still had to check on the room. They told me it was ok after 5 minutes, once we got to the room it was clear that they just ran in and used a half a bottle of Lysol Spray to mask the wet dog smell that was throughout the room, That wet dog smell stayed for both our nights. I understand that we were in a pet friendly room but I was in a pet friendly room for a week at Holiday inn Summerside and that was an awesome experience no smell, clean and did not feel dingy as this room did. not sure I would ever stay in this hotel again unless I had no choice.

I left them a note as they had a questionnaire at the front desk. There’s a lot of opportunity for them to improve, so I really hope they are just understaffed. I was in 2 different rooms and pretty sure these are bed bug bites from the second room. Bathrooms don’t look like they clean showers between guests by the amount of hair in them. How do you have flies and stink bugs in a room on the second floor where the windows don’t open? The buffet looked disgusting. A 10 year old kid can cook better than that. The breakfast potato’s looked like mashed potatoes and the bacon was overcooked. The whole spread looked dry and pedestrian. You get better food at a Holiday Inn Express for free than at this Holiday Inn (no express) for $15.99. The front desk team seemed overwhelmed the afternoon of the 5th and they had a line to the door. I was empathetic because they were very busy and dealing with that many people can be tough. I could go on but will not put anymore energy put into a place I will never stay in again. Not IHG standard at all. Gross. The only good thing about this property was the shuttle driver. She was amazing.
