Wasn't what I expected for a 300 dollar night hotel.

Got into our room after a long drive and it smelled horrible in it. Went to Publix to buy a glade plug in to help mask the smell. Came back to room to relax and looked above us and found black mold in the ceiling. Went to front desk and no one could help up regarding issue due to new person up front. The maintenance guy was helpful and came up and squirted bleach all over spot and clean it up. Room smelled like bleach for awile after. Was told.no rooms able to switch. Air conditioning sounded horrible and was making noises all night. Next day manager offered a low refund due to the issue. I was looking to stay for free but should of got a night refunded. Very unhappy with hotel. Would of Went somewhere else but everything else was booked.

Needs to be updated and better maintained

This hotel in old and needs some serious TLC. Elevator was out of order, wallpaper peeling, carpet needs replaced in common areas badly. Room was very clean but rest of place needs an upgrade out of the 80's. This looks to me like management is barely keeping maintenance up. I expect better from a name like Holiday Inn with a reputation for quality and value. This is not helping the brand, at all. Do better.

Our Hotel in Kinston, NC Boasts Excellent Staff! As a two-time recipient of the All-America City Award, Kinston, NC provides lots of small-town charm and fun, family attractions. Thanks to our hotel's location in Kinston, North Carolina, we are just a short drive from such businesses as Electrolux, Smithfield Foods, West Pharmaceutical Services, and Sanderson Farms. Corporate travelers can use the on-site, 625-sq-ft meeting room for small events. We have an on-site Business Center to fit your needs while traveling. When in the area for leisure, take the time to check out the CSS Neuse State Historic Site and Governor Caswell Memorial or explore the Planetarium and the Health & Science Museum in Neuseway Nature Park. Have a very poor experience with the staff as they were not available when I needed them. I was also never told that this was a credit card only room. I was told that breakfast was a 6:00 a.m. so we were planning on eating breakfast and leaving to take care of our business and that morning we found out that breakfast started at 6:30. If we knew that to begin with we would have planned accordingly. The hotel is conveniently located in the town so we had other options for food

Welcome at Crowne Plaza Frankfurt Congress!
The hotel is located in the district Niederrad, between Frankfurt International Airport, the fairground, and Deutsche Bank Park Arena. It offers 395 modern guest rooms, with some of the higher categories even having a balcony or skyline view. A large Congress centre with 11 meeting rooms including a ballroom for up to 500 people makes every event a success. Two restaurants with creative dishes based on local ingredients but also well-known classics are at your disposal, as well as the lively lobby bar "L44". The extensive fitness offers the right relaxation during your business trip to Frankfurt.
Thanks to its location, the hotel is easily accessible either by public transportation to train station Niederrad (700m) or by car (motorway 1km). The City Centre can easily be reached by public transport within two stops or 10 minutes drive.

Slightly surprised and disappointed

I had two reservations 3rd of May and on the 4 to 6th of May
So, on 3rd of May both the front office staff and the room service staff were quite good and friendly.
this feedback is during 4th to 6th of May. Two things that I was taken aback by
1. There was no refill for cream and sweetener. So I called up the front desk and they said I will need to speak to Room Service/Housekeeping - I was transferred. When I asked the question they said please ask front desk/reception. So, I requested them to please sort it out between them and get me what they could. SILENCE and no response from either till I left
2. On departure, I requested for an envelope (on the 3rd I was given it courteously), on the 6th. Not only did the eyes roll but after putting the invoice in the envelope, it was thrown.
In my 20 years at the IHG, never was treated this way.

Comfy bed! Bathroom was top notch. Ac was noisy like my neighbors. I enjoyed my stay for what it was and I appreciate the folks that work there. Hated the pot heads in the parking garage.

Let our hotel in Temecula California be your preferred destination!
The Holiday Inn Express Temecula is a fantastic destination for anyone visiting the area. Located just off the 15 freeway, it's less than 6 miles from the beautiful Temecula Wine Country, where you can enjoy nearly 50 wineries nestled in the hills with friends, food, and of course, wine.
If you're looking for more to do, head down to historic Old Town Temecula, where you'll find unique shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
At the hotel, you'll enjoy free Wi-Fi, parking, and a hot breakfast. The fitness room is open 24 hours, and there's an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi where you can unwind after a long day. Each room is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, TV, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Horrible nightmare

The worst night ever. Bed was exceptionally hard. Freeway road noise exceptionally loud. I wish staff would have cared, owner would make changes. In order to get some sleep, had to have air running all night blowing air. Because temperature wasn’t hot or cold, the thermostat was off and on all night. It was terrible. I’m not sure what was worse. Furthermore, I’m sure others have complained and nothing has been done to replace windows to make the rooms quieter. I also feel that having a higher status should have gotten me a better room especially when I booked in advance. I am extremely disappointed in IHG.

Front desk representatives extremely unprofessional.

On May 5th, My wife a District Supervisor for Constellis Corporation had a business trip to Midland, Texas. We arrived at the Candlewood at 2:35pm and attempted to check in. In a very angry tone the front desk representative stated it was not 3pm and she could not check in. My wife advised the front desk representative that we were platinum members, he front desk went on to state she did not care and she could not check in until 3pm. We waited in the lobby until 3pm to check in. At 2:50pm, a male customer entered the property and the front desk representative attitude completely changed and even it was not 3pm, was allowed to check in. My wife went back up to the front desk, this time the assistant manager was assisting my wife with the same unprofessional attitude. I had convinced my wife to book the room at the Candlewood, since we are platinum members. But after witnessing this unprofessional conduct, we will no longer stay at any Candlewood property. On May6th, my wife spoke with the general manager about this unprofessional attitude of her front desk representatives. I suggest reviewing the video of the front desk on May 5th between 2:38 to 3pm.
