Our hotel is just off I-80 and places you 10 minutes from downtown Iowa City and close to other attractions such as countless restaurants and shops, Coral Ridge Mall, and the Iowa Children’s Museum.
Our suites provide comfort and space to relax. A complimentary breakfast is included in your room rate, so you can fuel up for the day ahead. After a session in our meeting venue, you can swim in our indoor pool, and take advantage of The Social Monday-Wednesday nights with complimentary hor d'oeuvres and drinks.

PROs: Clean, new, good area, Trader Joe’s close by.
CONs: Light by bed did not work, front desk ran out of toothpaste, fire alarm at night that interrupted rest and required evacuation and ended up being nothing.

Stayed 10 days for work.
Pros: Clean, fairly new looking hotel. Comfortable bed/room. Acceptable noise level. Location is close to shopping and restaurants.
Cons: Did not have early check in availability, some of the front desk staff weren’t very helpful, weak water pressure in bathroom sink, breakfast is not buffet style and need to wait in line (line can get long), computer does not have scanner.
Overall: Good clean hotel. Service can be improved. Cost is quite high per night.

Nice new hotel
Yes, I recommend this property.
Stayed 2 weeks for work. Hotel is new and clean and fairly quiet. Rooms are decent size with small kitchen and nicely designed. Very comfortable bed. Some of the lights did not work. The water pressure could be a bit stronger. Otherwise no complaints. Staff members were friendly. Would stay here again.

Comfortable bed but thin walls
Yes, I recommend this property.
Staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The walls are thin and noise is an issue especially if there is people next door with TV on until late night or early morning. Foot steps and people running are easily heard. Recommend corner room on highest floor to reduce noise. Pool was under repair which was a big disappointment as it was not noted on website. Overall, adequate place to stay.

Stayed 1 night on business trip. The hotel is dated, and renovation is currently ongoing. Unfortunately, the renovation can be very noisy even on the top floor (11th). The staff seemed friendly. There is not much restaurant (except for the one in hotel) within a short walk. The hotel needs renovation. Only recommended for short stays.

Stayed one night. Staff seemed friendly. The design of hotel is artsy. The location of hotel is about 1-2 block from metro station and in a nice neighborhood. The room was clean and well designed. The bathroom can use some updating as toilet water seemed to leak. The shower water pressure could be improved. Overall, it was a very good hotel. Would recommend.
