Front desk staff was friendly. Location is good as it is close enough and yet far enough away from the strip. The hotel and rooms were showing some age, but queen studio room was comfortable with a kitchen, work space, cable TV, adequate queen bed, and adequate bathroom amenities. The walls are thin and noise level is a little high, so have earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The lobby printer was not working, but front desk staff seems very helpful. Would consider again if returning to Vegas.
