GREAT SERVICE AND COMFORTABLE STAY
Yes, I recommend this property.
Great location, very close to the Subway Line No.1 and you can easily reach the city centre and Wuxi railway station. The room was spotlessly clean and very spacious, arranged with nice classic decor and a good view. Breakfast was superb as well. I was very impressed with the quality service, from the front desk, club, concierge and restaurant. Black Liu from the concierge staff was very helpful, welcoming, and always happy to assist throughout my stay. The club lounge staff, Emma, Elko, Daisy and Jessie, were also one of the best teams I have come across. I had a very good experience staying in this hotel and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Wuxi.

Crowne Plaza Hangzhou Qiantang Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the central business district of Jinsha Lake, Hangzhou Qiantang District. The hotel is adjacent to Hangzhou East International Business Center (IBC) and Longhu Times Street shopping mall. We are directly connected Metro Line 1 Jinsha Lake, Exit D toward 200 meters, where you can travel to Hangzhou’s city center in 15 minutes. The hotel is just 20 kilometers from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport and 15 kilometers from Hangzhou East Railway Station.
In addition to the Metro, guests can easily travel to other parts of the city via readily available taxis nearby.
The hotel offers 328 tastefully designed rooms and suites, 3 different restaurants and bars, 10 conference rooms and Roof garden.

Great stay with excellent staff
Yes, I recommend this property.
I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Qiantang which was as good as always. They took into account the guests' previous suggestions or needs, such as adding a humidifier in the room in advance, which was very considerate.
The service staff was excellent throughout the whole stay, from the concierge, front desk, restaurant, lounge, and room service. Especially the intern Jim at the front desk and Doris at the executive lounge, whose professional and friendly service was impressive.
Crowne Plaza Qiantang will be my first choice for my next stay in Hangzhou.

The straight-line distance from Guangzhou North Station is about 6 kilometers, and the straight-line distance from downtown Guangzhou and Pazhou International Exhibition Centre is about 32 kilometers. We provide shuttle bus service to/from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport everyday and provide shuttle bus service to/from Exhibition Center on Canton Fair Exhibition Day.

Yes, I recommend this property.
This was my first time staying at Crowne Plaza Guangzhou Huadu and I had a very comfortable stay. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, the room was spotless and clean, and the lounge had excellent happy hour with delicious food. There was also a convenient shuttle bus service provided. The staff were warm and welcoming, including Eden from my communications prior to the stay, Hebe from the front desk, and Moon from the lounge staff. Many thanks to the team for a wonderful stay, and looking forward to being back again.

Great location, very close to the APM - one of the biggest shopping mall in East Kowloon and also close to the A29 A22 AirBus Station to the Hong Kong International Airport. The room was very clean. The staff were warm and welcoming, from my communications with Katie prior to my stay, as well as from the front desk Ali and Tom. They were very friendly and helpful in a professional manner. I had a very good experience staying in this hotel.

Yes, I recommend this property.
The location of the hotel was very good. The room was very clean and well arranged with simple and nice decor. I was very impressed with the service, from the front desk to the restaurant and room service. All the staff members I met were very friendly and nice, especially Annie, Carol, Lillian and Sammy, who were kind, welcoming and helpful. Also the breakfast was great at this Holiday Inn Express. I had a wonderful experience staying in this hotel.

This was my second time staying at Crowne Plaza Hangzhou Qiantang and I once again had another very comfortable stay. The hotel remains spotless, clean, in a convenient location and with excellent breakfast. The staff were warm and welcoming, from my communications with Charlie prior to my stay, as well as throughout with Doris (the lounge staff) and Colin (the restaurant staff). I was very impressed with the quality service, from the front desk to the Club, Concierge and R&G Cafe. All the staff members I met, especially lounge staff Doris, front desk staff Cherry and William. They were all very friendly and helpful in a professional manner. Our stay at voco Paris was great, with a good convenient location for exploring Paris, clean room, and friendly customer service. The staff were very helpful and professional, from front desk, restaurant to housekeeping, especially Pauline at the front desk. The breakfast was also of great quality and delicious.

Great location, close to the Shinkansen Shin Kobe Station and you can easily reach Kyoto, Osaka, Himeji, Okayama and Hiroshima with the JR Pass. I had a wonderful total of 5 nights stay. My room was very clean and had an amazing city and mountain view. From the front desk to the restaurant, all the staff were very friendly and professional, which made this stay so memorable but also very stress free. Breakfast was superb. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like visit some hot spots in Kansai Area without the fuss of changing hotels.
