Great get away hotel for families

We love this hotel for a quick and fun getaway! The swimming pool, game room, and location are guaranteed enjoyment. The staff has always been wonderful and the hotel is in the process of updating the rooms so we look forward to seeing what those look like the next time we come back. I would recommend this hotel to people of all ages!

I hate to write negative reviews, but we were just not comfortable here. The room was not very clean. The parking lot was loud, the hallways were loud; we just weren't happy.

Horrible Stay

Room was super hot from the moment we got there! Couldn’t enjoy the view because if we opened curtain would let heat in and make the room get hotter! Lots of upset people aswell at check-in they recharged our credit cards then charged us again at check in! Like we were paying double, didn’t make sense! Paid a lot of money to come back from event at night to sleep in a hot room at end of day! Manager still hasn’t called me back to listen to my concerns! Save your money don’t stay here!

There are no cameras or constant security monitoring. Someone was trying to get me to open my door and even slid a note under my door. Security wasn't anywhere close. I will not be back and will only stay in more secure locations.

Big Disappointment

Last year we stayed here on our golf trip. The stay was so nice we booked again this year. What difference a year makes.... Big disappointment. No housekeeping, hall carpets were not vacuumed and stained, we had to go and get our own towels and wash clothes, had to ask evening desk person to come and get the 2 days worth of laundry that was never picked up. it seemed as though our concerns went unheard..... We will be staying elsewhere next year.

I gave the aforementioned hotel a near perfect rating because it provided me with everything I needed. My room's proximity to the hydraulic elevator was the only reason for the less than perfect rating in one category. The flip side of the room's location was that I had a shorter distance to carry my bag & get a cup of coffee in the morning. I always feel safer when sleeping in a room closer to the fire exits.

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay. It was very clean, friendly staff and very comfortable. Riestaurants close by and was about 20 minutes from everything I had planned to do. The only complaint I have is the bread was hard one of the mornings, and was told that since I had booked through a third party I was not going to get points for my stay,but other than that it was great. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to others.

Filthy room

The front desk employees were friendly when checking in. And continued to be when we had to have key programmed 4 different times to unlock door.
The furniture had dust everywhere. Very obvious it hadn’t been wiped down.
Bathroom was filthy. Floor dirty, long black hair all over floor and behind toilet. Shower dirty.
When mentioned to desk in the morning, the gentleman’s reply was thank you.
Would have thought that he might have offered reward points or something taken off the nearly $300 bill. Quite expensive for an inferior room.

Could have been cleaner

This hotel was cleaner than most, but not as clean as most other Holiday Inn experiences. Hair on the furniture was a concern. Other than that, the stay was very nice. While the Cinnabon cinnamon rolls weren't provided, they did have other pastries in the warmer that were very good and had almost every other kind of breakfast item (even potatoes!) which was delicious.
