Columbus, Ohio Hotel's Location Can't Be Beat Our hotel is in the heart of the city and currently is ranked number 1! The Holiday Inn Express & Suites® Ohio State University- OSU the only IHG hotel at OSU! We are close to everything, from OSU football to major companies in Columbus, OH. This hotel's location is ideal for business travelers. Riverside Hospital, Battelle and James Cancer Research Institute are all within a quarter mile of the hotel. The Columbus Convention Center, AEP, EWI, Nationwide and many other corporations are just blocks from the hotel's Columbus, Ohio location. With free high-speed, wired and wireless Internet access and a 24-hour Business Center, you'll have everything you need to conduct meetings, fully prepared and ready for success. Hotel was nice room was comfortable, some extra unneeded noise in room at night while sleeping. beverage machines broken on our floor, pool and spa down for multi days.

Don not come for the pool or hot tub

it is a great location and easy access to close dining. The "heated" pool was icy. The hot tub was not working again. They need service . I have stayed here 4 times and it keeps getting worse. The best highlight is the morning breakfast staff, Misty, who will brighten your day with her attitude and excellent service.

Hotel for Businessmen, not for Holiday

Not a bad place, but this hotel primarily caters to Latin X and other businessmen and people attending conferences. It is not suitable for vacation or holiday, as it does not provide the customer service required for it, or amenities for it. It’s the perfect hotel for business people who speak Spanish only and who are looking for a place to sleep and free breakfast in the morning.

Welcome to the Holiday Inn Alexandria - Downtown in the heart of Alexandria, Louisiana. The hotel is five city blocks off of Interstate 49 resting on the banks of the Red River. The Holiday Inn Alexandria - Downtown is Alexandria's premier full service hotel. We have Crossroads Tavern, Southern Heritage Bank branch and Aesthetician and Gold Dust Studio. The hotel has 11,800 sq. feet of meeting space and is attached to Alexandria Riverfront Center; which can accommodate larger groups. Enjoy the revitalized downtown entertainment district of Alexandria within a few steps of the front door. Centrally located between Shreveport and Baton Rouge off of I 49, a little over three hours NW of New Orleans, and less than an hour South from historic Natchitoches along the Cane River.
Dine at Crossroads Tavern and enjoy a specialty southern cocktail. Or sit in the mall area of the hotel and enjoy a cup of coffee or one of our signature coffee specialty drinks from the Coffee Corner. Great comfy beds with cool temps. Close to great fresh food, across the street. Pass on the breakfast line and watery coffee in the lobby, less options than most continental set ups. Kind and friendly staff.

Holiday Inn is moments from I-70 and I-65, and 15 minutes from Indianapolis International Airport.
Feel like family with the staff at Holiday Inn Indianapolis Downtown and let our hotel become home away from home while visiting the area to take in a game at the Lucas Oil Stadium, the Gainbridge Field House, Victory Field, or the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
Champs, our on-site restaurant where kids eat free, is open daily for breakfast and dinner. Our guest rooms are equipped with modern amenities and all include a mini-refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Our indoor swimming pool and gym are available complimentary for all guests, as well as Wi-Fi throughout the building. Flexible meeting space is also available for small business, corporate, or special event gatherings, accommodating 60 guests.

3rd Shift Awful

We had a great time coming in town to celebrate a wedding. However, the 3rd shift front desk staff was rude, making obscene comments and even called the police on us for being "too loud". There was no warning and no complaints from any guests. We all spent a lot of money on the rooms and were treated with utter disrespect. One member of our group was even robbed - computer, cash, jewlery from their room. The manager and crew on first shift were amazing!!! But the 3rd shift women that were working the front desk need to go. I will never stay here again for that reason.
And is there a way to control the homeless wandering in the halls? Perhaps after a certain hour have the room keys move the elevator. That sure doesnt make anyone feel safe, especially after being robbed.

The staff stated that they were booked and that although I had made a reservation error, they were unwilling to help. Stated that the softball tournament took precedence over me being there for military service. Throughout the one night I stayed there, there were kids running above my room and in the hallway

Bathrooms need fixing

Facilities need to be upgraded. Bathrooms, especially bath and shower, need to be fixed or upgraded. On multiple stays I have experienced hot water issues, broken or leaking faucets, and shower heads.

Terrible experience. No AC, only alerted upon check in.

The hotel had been out of AC for weeks, apparently, and no one had reached out before hand so we could make other accommodations. The front desk attendant was extremely unhelpful in trying to solve the problem. They promised fans that never came. I had to ask again late at night and only one of the two promised fans were delivered.
On top of that - there was no soap at all in the room (for hands or body). Disgusting. When I asked for soap, the front desk attendant could not locate any - leaving me to believe that no one in the hotel was able to wash with soap unless they purchased their own.
