Not a Good Experience -- Stay Elsewhere

I booked a 2 night stay at this property, traveling to Houston on business. I arrived at the hotel very late in the evening. The check-in was just ok. The room was in very poor shape. i walked into a big hole in the carpet in the middle of the main area and a ripped, stained chain at the desk. In addition to these couple of things, the furniture was in poor condition, the range top in the kitchen was broke, the sink handle in the kitchen was so loose I'm surprised it didn't fall of when using it, the tv cable outlet on the TV was broke (someone used black tape just to tape it to the back of the tv to make it look like it was hooked up) and there was something either growing or attached to the wall by the ceiling in one of the corners of the room. The room was disgusting, the overall property was in very poor shape. The main level entrance didn't have any ac -- had floor fans circulating the warm air. The room experience was so terrible I checked out after 1 night and went elsewhere. Do yourself a favor, don't stay at this property. Too many other choices that you will be way more satisfied with!

Good stay but horrible service

My initial review on this property was high but after the customer service I did NOT receive its low. I stayed at this property Saturday April 19th and checked out April 20th. After our drive home on Sunday I quickly realized I left an expensive shirt in the room. I called immediately and the front desk told me that housekeeping had left for the day but would leave a message for housekeeping. I did not hear back. I called again on Monday and after about 10-15 minutes of trying to get someone to answer the phone he said he would check with housekeeping and get back with me. Again I did not hear back. I have tried calling just about everyday and STILL no response. It’s absolutely ridiculous. It’s not just about the shirt, if it’s gone it’s gone but completely ignoring and not answering my call is ridiculous. I will not stay here again

No hot tub

Despite showing a hot tub in their pictures on the website, there is NO hot tub at the Lynnwood location. We had 7 people and booked 3 rooms for multiple nights with the expectation of hanging out in the hot tub every evening. Very disappointed! Will not return! I did try and call and confirm in person prior to booking but it rings and rings then kicked me to a voicemailbox that is full then hangs up on you.

Dahlonega city is nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the hotel is in the close vicinity of Attractions and University of North Georgia! Dahlonega the first US gold rush, nearby wineries and those who wanted to live within the grandeur of the Southern Appalachian Mountains. Hotel offers great historic surroundings along with North Georgia College, Camp Frank D Merrill and historic Dahlonega, GA. Dahlonega's rich history is on display in the historic downtown and the Victorian architecture of the homes. The Gold Museum and the exhibits of artifacts dating back to the gold rush of 1829. Also area also surround by mountainous climate has helped create the perfect setting for five nearby wineries. Hotel is ideal for corporate travel in North Georgia also business area less than one mile from the state's second-oldest college, North Georgia College & State University and Military College. Local companies like Tyson Food Inc. and Koyo Bearings USA are also nearby Northside Hospital.

When speaking with the assistant general manager she said that she was going to call me back or email me but looks like a year later and again no luck. Then a new manager I think her name was Paige she also said she would call back. Come on you could’ve just emailed me the information I asked for but I think I will take our business elsewhere.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Longtime IHG Member

I have been an IHG member since 2017 and have stayed at many of their properties, but my experience at the Crowne Plaza Atlanta was one of the worst I’ve ever had.
After driving 6 hours, my family and I arrived exhausted, only to be given a room with a non-functioning A/C. I reported it immediately, and was told someone would come up to fix it. After waiting over 45 minutes with no help and no updates, I had to go back downstairs and demand a new room — something that should’ve been offered from the start.
It took almost 1.5 hours after checking in before we could finally settle into a functional room. Unfortunately, the new room wasn’t much better. The bathroom tub had severe drainage issues, and every time we took a shower, it would fill with water around our feet. To top it off, the bathroom had no soap. I requested soap from the front desk, but no one ever brought it.
I expected much better from a Crowne Plaza and from IHG. This was not only inconvenient, it was completely unacceptable. Very disappointing stay.

Worst experience ever

Drove from Florida to Atlanta just to drive back to Florida with a busted window from a car break in(paid for valet).we haven’t heard anything from the hotel and been almost a week.. this was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had in my life.

Welcome to the Holiday Inn Express Redwood National Park
The Holiday Inn Express Redwood National Park is located on scenic Coast Highway 101 and the perfect location for your trip to the Redwood National & State Park. We are minutes from the Klamath Jet Boats (seasonal operation only) and Trees of Mystery which are considered must sees on any trip to this World Heritage Site.
Our Holiday Inn Express Redwood National Park is only thirty minutes from the Del Norte County Airport and six hours from San Francisco International Airport and the only branded hotel located inside the Redwood National and State Park.

Our hotel is only three miles away from Mercedes Benz Stadium and Arena, which makes it a very convenient place to stay if you are planning to attend a Falcons Football game, a concert, a show, or an event like the annual Chick-fil-A Bowl .
