Teams should not stay here! They are not kid friendly,treat teams rude. Horrible team experience and all teams,JP sports should know this.

Manager is incredibly rude and crazy. insulating kids is the lowest of the lows. She treated teams there to have fun like trash and made our experience absolutely miserable. Would never go back and will share this with all the teams we associate with!

Bad behavior and management doesn’t care

When I attempted to check in I was told in the most disrespectful way I had to wait till 3:00 p.m.! I said that is okay; just give me another key to my other room which was under my name as well (checked in by my daughter on 4/11/25). Again more aggressive and undertones were displayed by Nika. She said the other two keys already issued would be deactivated. I was okay and I would let my daughter who was away from the hotel at the time to just walk up and we would get her key reactivated. I was shocked with Nika’s reactions to my resolution. Their assistant manager TiffanyPope and Area GM Allen Bosque have yet to resolve this behavior for future customers. Our family does not recommend this location. Entitlement from front desk staff is a reflection of IHG Brand and their lack of resolution to improve customer service!

Poorest customer service experience of my life

I had checked in on Wednesday April 30th. They had let me check in early, so it started off great. I was checked into a room that did not have a working A/C. I had to work my day job during this ordeal as well.
The general manager had stated verbatim "I will give you a free night's worth of points for this inconvenience." Great! No issue there. I had to move rooms, and the other room was sufficient.
I had to stay an extra two nights due to the project taking a bit longer than expected. I call the front desk on Thursday morning asking if I can redeem that free night. I was told "you'll receive points to use for that". After explaining what the general manager had promised, the front desk agent told me he'd give me a call about my reservation
I proceed to start work on that Thursday and all of the sudden, a maid comes in at noon EST unannounced. She backs out and then I get a call from the front desk agent INSISTING I make a reservation. I say "okay, so if I pay for this tonight, I am able to use my points for the free night tomorrow, correct?" He confirmed over the phone, and I paid for another night. They charged me a $12 parking fee initially when I paid for it, even though I did not have a vehicle with me.
The next day, I go up and ask about my free night and the front desk agent seems to have forgotten our previous conversations. He refuses a free night, refuses to apply points to my account, and says I need to pay for the night. Which mind you, is over $200.
In conclusion, I have yet to receive a call from the general manager and I've asked 3-4 times. I have yet to receive any sort of extra points in my IHG account. And I have yet to get a refund for the $211 they made me pay when I was PROMISED a free night. Multiple times
The hotel's Wi-Fi is very poor and your phone service is very limited inside the building. The lack of communication I have received about this is appalling. If you promise something, you follow through.
I still have yet to receive my deposit back from the hotel either and it's been days. I'm basically $400+ in the hole. I only stayed here because I was promised a free night, and it'd be more cost effective to pay for one night vs two nights elsewhere.
I'm still wanting my money back and the promise fulfilled, but based on their carelessness, I don't think it will happen. Never staying here again

My name is Thomas Mulcahey.
Unfortunately I have been disabled since 2007 with a traumatic brain injury.
May 2, 2025, I had a bad experience at 4 Universal Blvd, Coventry, RI, 02816, United States,
I have service dogs that help me get through life.
When I checked in I told them I have service dogs. They told me no problem. Then when I settled in my room, they called me and started asking me questions about my disability and what do the dogs service. I told them they prevent me from having panic attacks and many other needs. Then they said that is not compliant with the ADA. My dogs are psychiatric service dogs that help me in many other ways.
They said they don’t accept those type of service dogs.
Then they said to pack up and leave or pay 250 dollars.
I paid the money and I stayed. I am not complaining about the money but the way I was treated. After the incident, I had a panic attack, got depressed and I felt like a loser all weekend.
I wish your employees would show some empathy,understanding and respect to the next disabled guests in the future. IHG just lost a good Gold member.

This place put us in a room (anniversary weekend) that has a shredded window curtain, cracked shower wall, messed up television and the last guest's phone message still on the phone. Sure they offered us to change rooms, after we unpacked everything! For that kind of money this room should have been ready for guests upon arrival. If we were going to pack up everything, it would only be to check into a different hotel but we can't do that because check in times are 3:00 and we need to be dressing at noon for a big event. So we are stuck here for another night. WE WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN!

Traveling agent for 2 year and this is the worst hotel i’ve stay looks can be deceiving. the area and hotel looks nice but there roaches everywhere the walls are thin and you can here literally EVERYTHING that goes on in every room. i’m in the kitchen, front desk clerk was walking thru hallways he claim and knocks on my door complaining about hearing a tik tok from the hallways coming my cellphone even though no other guess complained. clearly it don’t matter what bother him cause he’s a worker there, paying 5k a month don’t matter you can’t make much noise (is you know what). instead of them worrying about little noises they need to be watching the parking lot cause my tail lights were stolen and my tail gate was damaged and coasted me to dry spend $1000.00. only good thing this spot is good for here is 3 day dinner meals served w beer and soda and king size bed

took 3 rooms to get a good room. first room 106 tv inop. room 103 had to put something in the tub drain to hold it open to drain. tv would come on by itself in the middle of the night. the phone would ring and the tv would shut off.2 times someone tried to open the room door early morning. moved to room 227. found dish washer full of dirty dishes. ran the dish washer through a cycle. when got back to room. large puddle of water on floor from dish washer leaking. as soon as the shower was turned on the tub would fill with water. drain not draining. cannot remember the ladys name that was working. she has been there for a long time and has waited on me all the time i have stayed. she was very help full through all of it.

Let our hotel in Temecula California be your preferred destination! The Holiday Inn Express Temecula is a fantastic destination for anyone visiting the area. Located just off the 15 freeway, it's less than 6 miles from the beautiful Temecula Wine Country, where you can enjoy nearly 50 wineries nestled in the hills with friends, food, and of course, wine. If you're looking for more to do, head down to historic Old Town Temecula, where you'll find unique shops, restaurants, and entertainment. At the hotel, you'll enjoy free Wi-Fi, parking, and a hot breakfast. The fitness room is open 24 hours, and there's an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi where you can unwind after a long day. AC didn’t work in my room. Requested to fix it but nobody did it. Body wash bottle pump didn’t work. Not clean enough. Bad smell in my room.
